1st Saturday Run & Rave, Saturday 5th from @finckenbergen (@apollonplatebar nabo). We head out at 12.00, first stop at USF for some soundbits from @h.o.t.fest (who has a festival running this weekend), then on to 2nd dance with decks from @klubb_afro in Nordnesparken. The rest of the route as normal, before we end on the dancefloor @finckenbergen for some moves on the dencefloor. Recent science somewhere says raving removes lactate acid, come find out! It’s as always free and open for all, you can choose to run 5km, 7km or 9km as we go along. Gear can be left behind at world famous @reisebyraaet_reisefeber. See you! #mikkellerrunningclub taken in Fincken by @mrcbergen

1st Saturday Run August, August 1st, with a twist! We’ll make a return to USF and Kippers as Apollon is booked for @beyond_the_gates_festival. Same procedure as last year, we’ll start at Apollon as usual at 12, and end the Run at USF. We have transport for clothes and bags, you can leave stuff as usual. At Kippers we have plenty of space outside, with parasoller in case of rain. Last year it was quite the summers day (ref pics), not so much joy in the forecast but there’s a good chance of opplett, so come around! #mikkellerrunningclub taken in Kafé Kippers by @mrcbergen
