I returned to training Kyokushin Karate with @brooklynkyokushinkarate and it reminded me why I love it. Thank you for showing me the way.

Kyokushin Karate is the foundational style of legendary UFC champion George St-Pierre. GSP) holds a 3rd Dan black belt in the style.

Here’s what you should know about this hardcore style of Karate. #kyokushin #kyokushinkarate #mma #georgestpierre #karate by @mrchichesterog

My daughter got into one of the top gifted and talented schools in New York so I built her an interactive learning tool. We created the spec document together, trained Claude and she saw it go from idea to working prototype. We upload her assignments and study materials from school so the platform adapts as she learns and get more work. Her first class assignment was to memorize 50 common reading words. So the game she is playing is teaching her how to read in a fun way based on what is required in class. #Claude #ai #girldad #learning #parenting by @mrchichesterog

A room full of Jiu-Jitsu grapplers cut weight and spent weeks starving. Just so the ref can waltz across the mats with pizza. Savage!🤣🤣🤣 I can’t make this stuff up. They deserve to eat but damn. 😂😂😂 #bjj #jiujitsu #brazilianjiujitsu #jiujitsulife #jiujitsu4life by @mrchichesterog

Today, I took second place in my first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition. I competed in the 215lbs Adult white belt, in the gi as 44 year old dad. I got submitted in the first round, which is a story for another day, but I went on to submit two other opponents and beat a third on points. My wife (Lauren) surprised me and showed up with my daughter and our friends. I won first place in life because I married her. My daughter was so inspired that she saw her daddy fight, she now wants to train. This is one of the happiest moments of my life. But, my daughter did question, why I didn’t get the gold medal. 🤣🤣🤣 She has high standards. 🥰 #bjj #jiujitsu #brazilianjiujitsu #jiujitsulife #girldad by @mrchichesterog

1st Brazilian Jiu-jitsu tournament is tomorrow. 8 matches, both gi and no-gi, at 44 years old, I’m the oldest in the bracket. Pray for me! 🤣 Let’s hope my back, neck and knees survive and the Tylenol keeps me standing. #bjj #jiujitsu #brazilianjiujitsu #jiujitsulife #jiujitsu4life by @mrchichesterog
