Another pavilion we just finished in Litchfield NH. Rough sawn timbers and finished the metal roof just before the snow came back. I love building these and if I could spend my life building them I would. #farmhouse #rustic #pavilion #woodwork #farmhousestyle #farmhousedecor #timberframe #newengland #simpsonstrongties by @mrd_custom_construction
Wrapped up this pavilion just in time for the warm weather at the town tennis and pickle ball courts in Litchfield NH. Had a lot of fun building this one. #farmhousestyle #farmhousedecor #farmhouse #rusticdecor #rustic #pavilion #newengland #massachusetts #newhampshire #newhampshirelife by @mrd_custom_construction
Phase 2 of this addition. 24’x28 with a bonus room above. 32’x9’ tie in to the existing house. by @mrd_custom_construction
Last couple months I’ve gotten to travel around a lot for work. Keene NH to Boston, Connecticut, up to Franconia Notch NH and everywhere in between. This was a quick siding job we did on a new build on lake Winnipesaukee by @mrd_custom_construction
This job has put my skills to the test. We jumped onto this job after the entry way and porch roof were already framed up. We’ve wrapped up all the trim work for this entry as well as ceilings, wrapped beams and posts. Everything is @azekexteriors brand pvc trim and will get painted an off white. More pics to come as we get ready to build a large deck out back, install brand new Marvin windows, and wrap up the siding. #newengland #builder #farmhouse #newhampshire #buildersofinsta by @mrd_custom_construction
Installed 3 new @thermatrudoors for some modern curb appeal at this home. PVC jambs and trim for a maintenance free door frame that won’t rot out. by @mrd_custom_construction
Beautiful set of 8 foot tall solid mahogany doors we recently installed at a new build. by @mrd_custom_construction
Guatemala has become a special place for me. I love the country and I love the people. 9 years ago I took my first trip down and didn’t know the impact It would have on my life. Taking a step out of the US into small Guatemalan communities is humbling. by @mrd_custom_construction
This was a set of stairs we finished for a new construction home in Worcester. We did all of the finish work for this home including interior doors and trim, window trim, baseboard and the kitchen. #newconstruction #builder # by @mrd_custom_construction
Heading down to Guatemala with @little_lambs_intl in a few weeks and I’ll be taking a bag of power tools down with me. If any of my fellow trade guys have any cordless power tools or batteries they don’t use and they’d want to donate to an awesome cause please reach out. Milwaukee, Makita, Dewalt drills, grinders, multi tools, hammer drills, skill saws, etc. or other tools like tape measures, hammers, clamps, concrete tools, grinding wheels etc. (they’re also always happy to accept donations or sponsors) by @mrd_custom_construction
10 years from now I’ll sit back and watch these videos, reminiscing the days that felt like they’d never end but flew by too fast. The days go slow but the years go fast #reels #explorepage #foryou #newengland #winter by @mrd_custom_construction
