Spent the day at #TAD2026 talking about diabetes… because apparently I don’t get enough of it the other 364 days of the year! 😅💙

Jokes aside, it was brilliant to meet so many amazing people, swap stories, learn something new, and be reminded that none of us are doing this alone. Living with type 1 diabetes isn’t always easy, but having a community like this makes a huge difference.

Went for a visit to Cardiff and the fabulous @hollandandbarrett have opened a new store.

Lots of great stuff including my new summer drink sour cherry by @greencolauk lots of laughter with @diabeticsoph and there was a guy writing stories, and just a feel good vibe can’t wait to visit the store more ❤️

Where do I start? I had a diabetes appointment at the hospital to talk about upgrading/ switching insulin pumps in the middle of September, and I was allowed to switch to tslim.

There is many reasons why I wanted to switch from medtronic, but in the four years I used the pump, it was the best at the time,

I am looking forward to this new journey and chapter in my life ✨️
