Mr. D. Bassett
@mrdbassett

“I was put onto Jungle Drum & Bass in the summer of 2022, which led to my first rave early in ‘23. That evening at the Opera House had a big effect on me, eventually buying a pair of turntables to practice with.

I lean towards longer blends, inspired by early transitional periods within the music. My focus is freestyle mixing; bringing different sounds together intuitively with an element of surprise, doing just enough and never too much.”
