In April, Lindsey Pelas (@lindseypelas) lost her bestie, Tosh, who was 14½ years old. ❤️‍🩹🐾

A month later, Tony lost his bestie, Jasmine, who Lindsey had met. So this conversation is a little different because neither of them has their bestie by their side.

Lindsey says losing Tosh wasn’t just something she felt emotionally—her body felt his absence, too.

Her advice to anyone grieving their bestie: “Don’t fill the void. Feel the void first.”

And if Tosh could leave us with one message? Stay playful and giggle. ❤️

Tony just wrapped an episode with his longtime friend of 35 years, award-winning actor Terrence Howard (@theterrencehoward)—and we couldn’t resist sharing a little sneak peek! 👀

His dogs’ names? Ms. America and Mr. Doubtfire. ❤️

And if they could share one message with the world? “Slow down.”

Stay tuned for the full episode coming later this year.

Award-winning actress and pop-culture icon Tara Reid (@tarareid) calls her Yorkies, Beso and Bella, her loves, her best friends, and her healers. ❤️☀️

They’re always by her side—and when Tara cries, they feel it too. As she puts it, with them, she’s never alone.

And their names couldn’t be more fitting: Beso means “kiss” and Bella means “beautiful.” Together, they’re her beautiful kiss.❤️
