Glad to call this genuine gentleman a friend, and now a teammate. This is my buddy 'Gavin The Great'. If you've listened to my Podcast @theblackpolarbeardotnet you're familiar with our first time meeting on an early episode "Gavin, not Galvin" Haha. Since then we've learned that we share many of the same perspectives and appreciation for self development; despite having stories that are worlds apart. I would have never met this guy without either of us being transparent and open..Paying our trust forward toward the potential in our interactions. A well learned lesson. This stud joined our team recently from a competitor company and I had the honor of training him and bringing him up to speed on our department expectations. I am absolutely thrilled to have him with us. taken in Akron Coca-Cola by @mrdscott

Just came across this post on Instagram, asking "what do you see in this picture?" At first glance I had broad perceptions that can be easily identified. So I decide to look at it again and wanted to share my last thoughts..

Small minded men (small head)..with unbalanced ideas of their place or purpose in the world, unable to identify who they are (the plain appearance with distorted and poorly portioned body)..do not understand how to interpret the worth of women for themselves. The simplicity (naivety or possibly ignorance) in weighing women against each other on a scale (representing social/sexual order and expectation) illustrates the man only being able to identify two kinds of women in the entire world.

The importance in utilizing multiple views of our experiences is to extract the highest value from them. Hopefully value intended to move us forward toward positive change. Before reacting or making final decisions, give yourself time to recontruct the captured details of your experiences so you can be confident in your final interpretation of what occurred. by @mrdscott

Really appreciated the opportunity today to work with our Marketing Team @blindandsons. I went from being nervous, anxious, to excited to represent our company. We appeared live on Fox 8 New Day Cleveland, to discuss the benefits and process of Indoor Air Quality. by @mrdscott

So I came out of my gym & kitchen sheltered lifestyle to visit my dormant artistic talents...And it turns out I actually should stick to cooking and weights. Haha. Just want to make it clear that I am not a fan of Ugly Christmas Sweater Day, do disregard my choice of attire, it was the result of pure peer pressure. Lol. On the next note though, how about 😏 Jacked'The Abominable Swoleman! 💪⛄ by @mrdscott
