I am Maureen Onosode, a Civil Engineer, model, and advocate, proudly showcasing creativity, culture, and confidence through this unique cowrie-inspired ensemble.

The cowrie shell represents wealth, prosperity, femininity, beauty, protection, and cultural heritage. In many African traditions, cowries were once used as currency, symbolizing value, abundance, and status.

Today, my cowries tell a story of where we come from, the value we carry, and the greatness we are becoming.

I wear them not merely as an ornament, but as a symbol of heritage, prosperity, strength, femininity, and purpose.
