My new machine I have now so I hope to never have another Epidural. or 2 weeks of being to crippled to work. L4 - L5 Groin lower back issue. was so bad I couldn't walk 30 ft or drive more then 3 miles without crying I n pain. I share this with you as this machine has saved me for years. So now I bought one to have at home. Why ? I'm a stubborn idiot. I don't use it when life is good. I now learned. This will be used daily now. Sobieski hope to never miss 2 weeks of work being confined to a bed or couch. the key 50 reps of 20lb 30lb 40lb 50lb 60lb plates Just lots of reps light weight and by day 4 all my pain is gone. Sadly I waited way to long and lost this time. by @mrflubber2

$85 NEW $20 LOCAL GOODWILL STORE. Missing power cord. No biggie. IM not sure if it was ever used. $8 for a t coffee pot that's normally a $100. Thrift stores are a hit-and-miss, sometimes you score gold, sometimes you go home by @mrflubber2
