It's midnight October 2nd here in Lagos,NIGERIA 🇳🇬 So simply put, Another blessing of a year for yours truly...Been blessed to keep my promise to myself bringing my bday in a new country, and was actually able to visit 3 new countries and thus far have enjoyed them all. Few hiccups here and there. They lost my bag so I dont got no cloths just shoes lol hopefully it comes tomorrow but if not I'll find some Nigerian attire and do what I've done for 43 years make some good azz lemonade when life toss me lemons...Thank you to my parents and lil sis for assisting to make this bday dope, and thanks to all who have used me for motivation, appreciated my motivation and do their best to make everyday count...KEEP GOING...LORD KNOWS I AM...

Flashback Friday to this time last year me and the Inner Circle Family was in South africa. Johannesburg and Cape Town. Didn't plan our yearly trip this year bc I wasnt sure how bad the Iran situation was gonna be. I'll always enjoy making a positive impact on those whom I encounter. Went to a barber shop out here in kenya. Got a wash, scalp treatment, and cut for $21! Tipped them well. Then, I got a pedicure with these tough azz feet, manicure, and massage for $32, tipped them well also, that sh*t $200 easy in states. And I got the best pedicure I've ever had. We ate at a buffet where the meat was prepared as you wished. Me and dad both tapped out early, and the bill was under $50. I went out solo and grabbed a bottle of henn vsop. $125 couch section to myself while I enjoyed the tunes of my favorite music genre. I say all this to say, why are you not coming to the motherland? You spend more for less doing the same thing you always do. Try something different somewhere different while you have the means to do so, and when you do. Be sure to show your appreciation if the experience is top tier. My father and I will be sending something to @kicakibera when this weekend. We had a good experience with them, walked thru the hood, and even though 2 ubers canceled because they said they don't go in there. I wasn't worried, didn't feel unsafe. And def would return. I love what they have built there, and despite the conditions of the neighborhood I seen nothing but smiles and was surrounded by great energy. Meanwhile, somewhere, someone is complaining about something despite being extremely blessed. If there's one thing life and traveling has taught me. Is to always count my blessings, not my problems, we all got em...
