We’ve only been here a couple of months and we got a long journey to enjoy. We are exceeding their expectations and setting are own that they can’t touch.

@rjsamazingworld knows everything he wants is on the other side of working hard and mastering his craft. #alllahuakbar

Today’s topic just so happens to be soccer.

The eye in the sky don’t lie young fella‼️ Keep working and keep learning. This weekend is a great opportunity to be the best version of yourself and a leader, while dominating every kid that gets in the way. You have to prove you belong every week. And you continue to rise and grow each week. Trust me, they notice you🫡 taken in Washington D. C. by @mrimpactglobal

The NCAA and the Senate are wild asf…

A salary cap is crazy and it’ll eventually bleed out programs. I doubt it will stick but it’s closer to something happening…

I told Bruce I got a 11 yr old. Let us get in and out before they shut the gold rush down🤣🤣🤣

Here’s what I know and see in these rooms…

I bet yall didn’t know the NCAA is a non profit org

I bet you don’t know who’s on their board and who they are connected to as to their friends.

I bet you didn’t know that the last 40+ years the senate could have always stepped in like this.

I bet you didn’t know that this will restructure scholarships per institution on how they will become governed and what will be sanctioned thru the clearing house go athletes vs. students.

Aka

Your kid better either be elite and smart because grants will be the only route besides massive student loan debt that the system is going to hike the interest even more and also start denying more people because some where in economics it has to balance out. by @mrimpactglobal

Most people only saw Mbappe not shake the goalies hand. But missed all the disrespect throughout the entire game.

It’s one thing to taunt and talk to get into a players head, I was a bully in football and they had to deal with this problem the whole game.

It’s another thing to try to hurt and harm a player.

My son playing at this mlsnext level in soccer is exciting but also scary for what’ve dealt with and ultimately what’s to come.

If they’ll do it to Mbappe at the World Cup, they’ll do it to one of few black kid at this level.

They learned it from watching the World Cup or just being taught it from their team culture or home.

Me and my son talk about it almost weekly. Hell we black and live it being in certain spaces not cultivated for minorities daily.

From the language they use Or the blatant slide tackles when your not suppose to even slide at this age.

It’s unfortunate…

But busting they ass and winning regardless of what they try to do to not allow it is exactly what we been doing in life and in sports.

So we should all be use to this by now. taken in FIFA World Cup by @mrimpactglobal

I been an entrepreneur way before I made it to college i had projects and what we call ventures and never knew what one was.

Use to tell everybody how we should collaborate and work together back in those Optimum Prep Student-Athlete Development days. Working with kids around the US. It thrived for years.

Now it’s the trend or the fad or just looks sweet because of social media. The confidence of people feeling like they got It.

Everytime I see people I know try to make the transition my first urge use to be try and help, just my bro nature to lend a hand to see us all thrive.

But.

Now I wish em well and see how tough they really are because i know it really Isn’t easy especially if not in the basic fields of offerings like hair, nail etc.

#Listen don’t do it if you not really bout that life. Stop listening to people that dont’t know a damn thing about self motivation and/or perseverance.

Cuz I damn sure ain’t coming to help, unless you got a real budget😂😂

“Ron on the Hill”

You wanna complain go protest.
You wanna make changes go to the hill.

As a hbcu grad I don’t care that pro athletes are pimping hbcus for jobs they wouldn’t get a shot at compared to PWI.

HBCUs gotta learn business and stop pimping themesleves.

The coaches will come in to win and get a PWI job so what‼️‼️

If we as HBCU get more business and less ego towards tradition and holding on to the slave antics we will THRIVE.

Too much complaining in both sides for those that don’t know business and those that don’t support their own in the first place.

Either way the good ol boy system is changing and we can either get active or be divided and repeat the cycle our ancestors thought they were creating compared to what it’s turned out to be. by @mrimpactglobal
