New art dropped!! 🌗 POV getting interrogated by the rogue royal siblings from a distant celestial Kingdom. Prince Rynorae on the left dangling the upside-down victim by the ankle and princess Aairah on the right emoting with a certain hand gesture that’s about to fire heat that rivals the sun’s core. The same deadly cyan energy can also heal any ailment if you give them what they want.

Lowkey drew over my old sketch of them (end slide) cuz this week was too busyyyy for a new drawing, but I got some rad ideas for the next several posts :D stay tuned and thank you for your support! 🩵 (lowkey so happy I found a fitting song cuz Ryn’s icy and Aai’s fiery)

Haven’t drawn my girl Aairah in a long time! Wanted to go for a lower cortisol concept heehee ☀️ stoked to try out my new style on her c:
.
.
Mini lore: POV this strange woman asks a random driver for directions. Little did you know that she’s secretly a celestial princess (and a hero) in disguise of what she would’ve looked like if she was fully human. However, many folks recognize princess Aairah’s various forms d/t global news closely following the royal Yra family throughout the years. Regardless, Aairah rather dresses casual to have an easier time to talk to people as a friend to avoid intimidating them. “Girl/neighbor next door” vibes. Though she’s kinda still… intimidating. Apparently, five minutes is all she needs to clear up the monster stampede causing the miles-long traffic 🫥

[Third slide is the full-scaled scene] POV you hire a random engineer to be your knight. Our friendly neighborhood Rafil just making some quick bucks here ⚔️ sucks that this giant mutated earthworm triggered an inactive volcano.

Haven’t done a cinematic OC lore piece in forever and this was all inspired by fun nightmares in the past 🫪 and monster hunter vibes #ocartwork #cinematicart #procreateartwork #originalcharacterdesign #monsterart by @mrinaeart

Icy boi with his hair down. Rynorae portrait in my current rendering style! Was so fun drawing him after so long (I think the last piece was him in my 1k DTIYS end post). Came a long way since then in terms of art improvement and I was really stoked when ya’ll voted for him to be my next project! I hope ya’ll like it 🖤

(He’s Hariaah’s non-identical twin 😙 funny how he looks like their lil’ sis Aairah more, the way I draw him is to imagine genderbent Aairah hahdhfjf) #originalcharacterdesign #procreateartist #semirealism #mangaartwork #ocartwork by @mrinaeart

When your buddy wants to practice his shotput throw on ya. Super late to the alter ego animatic trend, but it looked so fun to do! Rafil (OC) having the time of his life sky-diving (he has nanotech wings built in his back, he’ll be fine!) he’s gunna nag Aidan to go next 😝 hope ya’ll enjoy!

POV you’re lost in the backrooms and run into this guy 🥶 (book OC Aidan Ferrer). Started out as a pencil sketch and I was excited to render it because I’ve been wanting to do a pool rooms inspired piece for so long + bit of Aidan’s hidden lore! So… there’s a couple eyes on him… but I wonder who’s that person by the pillars.

Illustration of Rafil the knight (and team’s engineer) from the upcoming book, strolling through the meadows, off-duty 🍃

This was one of my much longer drawings (>15 hours). Wanted to take a more serene approach to lighting to emphasize Rafil’s demeanor - princess Aairah (MC) describes his presence as lilac flower fields when the sun wakes. [Big shout out to my friend Mike who gave stellar tips on this drawing! 🤜🤛 the leaves were his idea!]

Rendered my favorite OC, Rohex Loravalon, Draecorian prince of the eclipsed desert! 🌒 went for a cinematic view of a scene from my upcoming book where he’s battling princess Aairah at a shipping container yard 💥 he hasn’t transformed into a solar eclipse Draec yet… but more and more spikes are peeking out of his back 🫣 he’s getting riled up. Ahhh I hope ya’ll like it! 💛

Background is a stock photo of the yard that I drew over and added procreate effects! Though, I wonder what that red cyclone means… #originalcharacterdesign #procreateartwork #cinematicart #artcommunity #dragonoc by @mrinaeart

Back with my favorite art block breaker, Aidan Ferrer (Main OC). Come get yo copy of his first ever magazine - CODE EXANA + special edition with his powers activated ⛓️‍💥
.
Jk but maybe full blown Aidan art magazine after the book is out?? It was hard to finish this for the past 2 weeks cuz my stylus keeps disconnecting, so I did almost half of this drawing with my fingerHSHHRH still didn’t give me finger biceps as good as Aidan’s 😔

Here’s the ninja turtles reimagined as human adults in my style, Raphael and Leonardo! ⚔️🐢 TMNT was one of my favorite childhood shows growing up (+ the 2010 animated movie, absolutely amazing). Not deep into rendering this time because I got overstimulated rip. Donatello and Michelangelo are next! 🤓🍕 (my fav turtle is Raphael, comment yours!)
