Somewhere between London and Copenhagen, the itinerary gave way to the story. Good people, beautiful moments, and the kind of memories that somehow make the journey home with you. 🇬🇧 → 🇩🇰 #LondonToCopenhagen #EuropeanSummer #ScenesFromSummer taken in Copenhagen, Denmark by @mrjaredbarnes

🔥Nauti Fit Client Spotlight 🔥

I first met Jared in 2023 while doing his podcast promoting Winter House. Soon after he set out on a fitness journey of epic proportions.

He changed a few small habits and applied consistent effort. Within a few months the weight was flying off.

After reaching a plateau with his weight loss and getting a bit frustrated. We reconnected and got to work on the process of losing more fat, building muscle and boosting his metabolism.

With a plan, hard work, and a metabolism, Jared is now down over 100lbs and getting stronger by the day.

His whole life changed in 2024, as he became the Jared he knew he could be.

2025 can be your year that everything changes.
The world deserves the best version of you.
You're worth it. 🤟🏼

DM me "Nauti" if you need a hand getting started

Hiking through Atlanta’s chill,
The air is sharp, the world is still.
Clouds above hang soft and low—
Will Tuesday bless us with some snow?

2024, you tricky thing,
You made me fall, then gave me wings.
Lessons hit hard, but so did the laughs,
With mountains, friends, and winding paths.

Nature healed, adventures called,
Family love—I had it all.
Grateful for life, its highs and lows,
Here’s to 2025—let’s see how it goes! 🥂

Missing London, I’ve only been back home in Atlanta for a day. I’m spending the day in bed going through my DVR after traveling for 12 hrs yesterday. 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 #london #chinatownlondon #tourist #europe #tourism #england #england🇬🇧 #londonlife taken in Chinatown London by @mrjaredbarnes

I mean, it was sad to leave Italy today. I loved the culture, the people, the food, the scenery. Sant’Agnello was picturesque and peaceful, I’ll be back. Currently having the proper send off in London before I head back to the ATL tomorrow. #italy #amalficoast #travel #tourist taken in Sant'Agnello by @mrjaredbarnes

Roma has been so good to me. I visited the Colosseum, The Pantheon, Piazza San Pietro, Trevi Fountain, had amazing beer and life changing pasta and pizza. #roma #rome #tourist #italy by @mrjaredbarnes
