Ok have now tried my first 2 fights in MT, was it worth it, absolutly, lost both but still won massively in knowing myself even more, I thought I was in good shape, theres always space for improvement 🫀🫁

Efter en fantastisk træning 🥊🥊- jeg ved ik hvad det er men det føles som om kroppen virkelig har været til udrensning med Spanien turen, jeg har endnu mere overskud, og åndedrættet synes nemmere til 🗣 - så var der lige en god (kort) svømmetur i det friske🥶 og våde vand 🌊

Never thought i'd actually be able to jump on one leg like this, i'd used to habe kneepain, behind the knees, but as with right strategy and training i'm finally beginning to apreciate the journey from : not having injuries -> have injuries (the good saying "why is this happening to meeeee, aka the 'waah😭 moment') -> getting better and the injury is no more 🤟🔥🤟

Ive learned so much this last year about how important MINDSET is - all of us have a 🧠 and all of us can CHOOSE how we feel during the day, most people CHOOSE to find the negative, I have been very good at during this ✋️ , its soo easy to find excuses why our life is the way it is, we live now in a time, where its possible to find ANYTHING online these days. So, why CHOOSE to make life more difficult than it actually is, I and YOU 🫵 can easilly find a way to CHOOSE to be positive
