🌎✨ BILINGUAL VOICE ACTORS — THIS IS YOUR MOMENT ✨🌎

The PaRè Way is officially opening our roster — and we’re looking for a select few bilingual voice actors to join our curated team.

We don’t grow big… we grow right.

🎙️ What we’re looking for:
• Bilingual VO talent
• At least one professional demo
• Current agency representation
• Broadcast-quality home studio (for auditions & directed sessions)
• Resume submission required — including credits, training, skills, VO setup, and languages spoken fluently
• Neutral U.S. accent preferred (but not mandatory)

💼 Why The PaRè Way?
We are hands-on management — truly invested in your growth, your strategy, and your success. We don’t compete with your agents… we collaborate with them to build your career as a team.

This is not for everyone — and that’s the point.

If you’re ready to be supported, challenged, and elevated…
📩 Submit now: info@thepareway.com

I am very grateful to announce that I have acquired, not one, but two new agencies to represent me!

I’ve been out of touch with the industry for so long since Covid, and I’m really starting to get my acting chops (back). One of those “when it rains, it pours” situations that has really motivated me.

Thank you so much for believing in me 🙏🏽 and I’m so excited to work with these two!

I should mention that I couldn’t have done any of this without my managers @paulette_lifton and @mrjonreiner. Thanks for sticking up for me, and being the best that anyone could ask for!

Great to things to come.
