Oh Gee! I just found this! ❤️💯
The O.G. Moroccan Meme (my great-grandmother Meknine, of whom my son’s partially named after) with the O.G father (my dad Herb, Hubba) holding me as a toddler while wearing an O.G. diaper (cloth!) eating an O.G. Oreo cookie the size of my face.

My superhero alter ego: AMUSEMENT PARK DAD. “He who holds the purses holds the power.” Here to help let the children have the fun!

(I hate tall rollercoasters, I’m scared of the fast drops, and anyway, I rarely meet the height requirements. So everyone is happy!) taken in Quassy Amusement & Waterpark by @mrjoshhyman

Better late than never…
July 26, 2026 - Closing night of “moments after Aias” at @jackartsny in Brooklyn, NY. A story about honor in death set against the Trojan War and the story of Odysseus, this was Benjamin’s first Off-Broadway show in NYC. He played EURYSAKES, the son of the lead character. He got stage blood all over him. He cried on stage. He was brave. He had a blast! And he was incredible. 🎭
Thank you to ALL his friends, fans, and family who came all the way out to Brooklyn to support his burgeoning career. And to his cast and crew, and especially director @apbwatkins, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for all the love, laughs, patience, inclusion, instruction and support in welcoming Benjamin onto the team. You are all brilliant and we hope to work with you again!

Took Benjamin back to Candlelight Circle to show him where his Dad grew up. Saw an old neighbor, had a football catch on the street-field, saw the Rock and the Green Box, sped down the squiggity hill road, got zeppole-garlic knots at Rocco’s, rolled a few games at New City Bowl (got to see Alice who now owns it!) and got to see the bread baking and then nabbed some fresh pastries at the world famous Rockland Bakery. It’s all the same and oh so different. But what a day, what a day, being a Candlelight Kid again; with my kid.

Hey all! Benjamin is doing an Equity showcase production called “moments after Aias” at JACK (20 Putnam) in Brooklyn July 17-26! Come by for some summer theater. Ticket 🎟️ link in bio!

The Sanguine Theater Company & Hamlet Isn’t Dead graciously cast Benjamin as EURYSAKES in this powerful new play by writer/director Andrew Watkins. It is a modern re-telling of Sophocles’ life through storylines and moments immediately following the Trojan War.

Please come see this incredibly talented cast as they tackle the emotional debate surrounding death, last rights and the honor of the soldier.
