A very enjoyable sportive yesterday from the guys @lets_go_velo & @renegadebrew - such a beautiful route with a few tasty hills chucked in for good measures and to finish at the Brewery with a nice cold one and some great food made it! by @mrjoyce88

An amazing birthday trip away to our second home. The break was very much needed and so thankful to recharge and enjoy some fresh sea air. Thanks @melanie_rose88 for organising 🙏🌊 by @mrjoyce88

Racing is hard 😅 especially when you’ve not been able to execute a consistent training block. Proof of this can be found on photo 3 🤣 Sometimes you’ve just got to say “fuck it, today I choose pain” and give it your all. I can also confirm that 666 was my lucky number 😅 Happy with the result in the end and top race as per usual by @wokinghamhalf - see you in 2027 🫡 #wokinghamhalfmarathon taken in Wokingham, Berkshire by @mrjoyce88

Another great event by @msteventsltd . Perfect way to work off the Christmas potatoes, shake out the legs, and kick off the build toward a big 2026 season 🤝 by @mrjoyce88

2025 Triathlon Season - Completed it mate ✅ ending with 2nd in my age group at the last race of the year which I’m super buzzing about. Lots to work on over the winter (mainly my piss poor swimming) 🤣 As always, very grateful of what my body has achieved this year and will look forward to the 2026 season. Lastly, thanks to my #1 fan who supports me on every race @melanie_rose88 #triathlon taken in Dorney Lake, Eton, Windsor by @mrjoyce88

Great day at Nottingham Outlaw resulting in a PB in the 70.3 distance. So happy with how I executed the race and allowed myself to be adaptable in the challenges that presented during the race (nutrition bottle snapping off half way round the bike 🤣) Hats off to @outlawtriathlon - great event and the support from the volunteers and supporters was amazing throughout 🫡🫡🫡 see you next year. #triathlon #70.3 #swim #bike #runner by @mrjoyce88

“Nathan Joyce, you are an Ironman” words that will stay with me for a very long time. Had to hold back breaking down in tears at the end so I could get that good pic 😂 it’s been a bloody long and painful road to get this point but it was all worth it crossing that line. Special mention to the best TriWife around for her amazing support on the course in what was a bloody long day for us both @melanie_rose88 & that last photo sums up how I feel about swimming 😂😂 #ironman #ironmanfrankfurt #triathlon by @mrjoyce88
