Another BIG thanks to Pemberton Holmes Real Estate & Pemberton Holmes Cowichan Valley for recognizing me as a Sales Leader for the month of September.
Traditionally the summer time has been a “slower” time for me. However I am very grateful for this busier time as it shows that referrals are becoming more and more consistent as I help many more friends with their real estate needs on Vancouver Island. taken in Shawnigan Lake, British Columbia by @mrjrealty

Congratulations to my friends on the purchasing of this amazing 1 acre mutli-generational property with over 4,000sqft of living space with 4 garages. For those that are familiar with Shawnigan Lake, this may be the perfect location, as it is less than a 5 minute walk to the @blackswanpub_ (lol) and only 10 minutes to @shawniganlakeschool

Many thanks to the @littlepropertygroup for representing the seller and always being the professionals you are.

Another succesful transaction with the help of Vancouver Island's 100% locally owned brokerage @pembertonholmesrealestate & @pembertonholmescowichanvalley

Any of my “plumber” friends know what this is and if it might have any value? Clients of mine have it stored in a shed on their property. taken in Shawnigan Lake, British Columbia by @mrjrealty

The weather cooperated and the rains held off for a great day of Island Cup - Vancouver Island Mountain Bike Race Series enduro racing hosted by Mount Washington Alpine Resort.
Always a pleasure sponsoring the Feed Station with the largest group of under 19 racers so far this year and they devoured the candy bowl. A BIG thanks to @brent.kral for the candy sponsorship!

The finals take place on Sept 13th at United Riders of Cumberland.
