🍀 twenty one!🪲

10 years ago i pictured what my life would look like as a 21 year old. I imagined I'd have a big friend group, be in university for something creative and would live somewhere new. safe to say i was a bit (a lot) off with that prediction, but i wouldn't swap what i have for the world.

mental illness takes a lot of time from you. it takes a lot of people from you. but it takes space to heal, and that space helped me learn more about myself than I ever have. i know now what is truly important to me and no longer feel so afraid to live. and i am gentle with myself for the first time in my life.
to the people who stuck around, thank you for being patient and reminding me that i am not alone 🤍

thank you to my beautiful girl for giving me the best few days, i had such a peaceful time and it was exactly what my soul needed. and thank you to my mum for forcing me to do a cold-water plunge to celebrate 💫
