Playing it safe is death. If and only if you tried your best this year, then, give yourself some thanks before 2026.

Otherwise, you'll always be otherwise. by @mrkylethomas1andonly

If you take a lot of nice moments and cram it into one instance, then you'll get a really nice story. This is one of those ones.

Key Insight: The more “human” you become, the more irreplaceable you are. Your communication, curiosity, and creativity are the new power skills.

Tactic you can apply today:
Pick one technical skill you already have (Excel, data analysis, design, etc.) and spend 30 minutes learning how to pair it with a soft skill — like storytelling or persuasive communication.
Then practice explaining what you do in a way your grandma could understand.

What are your thoughts?

Legendary conversation around The Future Of Education.

Our 3 guests graced us with insights that challenged traditional views of education.

What emerged were truths that every career-driven professional, student, educator, and event organizer should hear.

Here are 4 Key Insights from the panel (watch the full episode for more):

Key Insight #1: The linear path is dead.
Jean-Jacques Rousseau said it best: “None of what I’ve done since graduation is what I thought I would do.” In today’s job market, adaptability isn’t optional — it’s survival.

Key Insight #2: Skills > Degrees
Karla Badger-Brown shared that while résumés still matter, what lands you the job is your ability to tell stories about the problems you’ve solved — especially through soft skills like creativity, leadership, and adaptability.

Key Insight #3: AI won’t replace you, but people who use AI better will.
From robot waiters to ChatGPT lectures, tech is changing how we learn and work. The only irreplaceable skill? Deep thinking and problem-solving that can’t be automated.

Key Insight #4: Education must go experiential.
Peter Smit designed courses that went beyond face-to-face collaboration into remote work and collaboration preparing student to thrive in global teams. His message: Learning must feel like the work it prepares you for.

All in all, the next generation of leaders won’t come from where we expect — they’ll come from those who learn how to learn.
