Look at the babies. lol.

The day I made one of the greatest decisions of my life. Bruh what was that outfit…lol

Such a beautiful day. We were secretly praying that the gifts we got had enough money to pay the rent and allow us to go on a lil honeymoon lol. We were young, broke, and in love. PS we did have enough for the rent and honeymoon.

Almost 3 years in. The trip that made us fall in love with Texas. Brysie was baking in the oven.

A COVID date. Not sure where we were able to go. Just glad to able to get out of the house. Look at my baby locs. You are always so gorgeous.

For nearly 10 consecutive summers, youth from eight different communities have come together through the Kings & Queens Rise Summer Basketball & Cheer Program to compete, build friendships, and grow both on and off the court. 🏀📣👑

As the Black Child Legacy Community Lead for Del Paso Heights/North Sacramento, Roberts Family Development Center is proud to use this program as more than just a sports league. It is an opportunity to provide mentorship, leadership development, positive enrichment, and a safe space where our young people can thrive.

Every practice, every game, and every conversation is another chance to encourage our youth, strengthen community connections, and remind them that they are seen, valued, and capable of greatness.

Thank you to our coaches, cheer advisors, families, volunteers, partners, and every young person who continues to make Kings & Queens Rise a tradition of excellence and community.

Good morning family. Meet us this morning from 10AM—12PM right in front of Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, Sacramento. We are collecting gently worn and new shoes to meet the needs of our unhoused community. We are especially looking for men’s shoes. If you have some gently worn shoes that you can part with please bring them out. They will go a long way to help someone in need! Please help us spread the word by sharing.
