Poetry built a bridge between Pompano Beach and Lomé, Togo and we're committed to keeping it strong.

Due to current U.S. visa and entry restrictions our partners at Calebasse Challenge produced by Les Fils du Soleil cannot join us at Exit 36 this year. But the exchange continues. Later this year our U.S. delegation @mrnathanwallace, @ephraimnehemiah, and myself will spend two weeks in Togo for performances, youth programming, cultural immersion, and artistic exchange.

Funds raised will be used to help our partners who provide us with lodging, meals, transportation, programming, and hospitality while we are in Togo since we cannot return the favor. This isn't charity. It's partnership, reciprocity, and cultural exchange with intention. They can't meet us here this year. Help us meet them there.

I’m so excited to share that I’ve joined the Recording Academy’s 2026 New Member Class. Huge thank you to my recommenders @jazzytharapper @ashleehaze couldn’t have done it without you. Another shoutout to Maya Write for supporting me the whole way @maya_write . Shoutout to anyone else who helped along the way .

It’s an honor to be part of a community of music creators and professionals who are helping support, uplift, and advocate for the people who make shape so much artistry.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to use my voice, contribute to the Grammy Awards process, and be part of conversations that help move our industry and communities forward.
