Illegal dumping negatively impacts our neighborhoods and the environment. We removed trash and debris from Sunland, Pacoima, Sylmar, and Tujunga.

It takes all of us working together to ensure our community receives the services it deserves. Please remember to report neighborhood blight by using 3-1-1 and by contacting my offices: Pacoima office at (818) 485-0600, Sylmar office at (818) 756-8409, or the Sunland-Tujunga office at (818) 352-3287. by @mrodcd7

It was a pleasure welcoming the students and staff of PUC Charter High School to Los Angeles City Hall!

The students had a successful and engaging field trip, where they had the opportunity to learn more about local government, visit City Hall, and gain a firsthand look at how our city serves the community.

We were proud to welcome them and hope this experience inspires them to stay engaged, ask questions, and continue making a positive impact in their community. by @mrodcd7

❤️ Each year, our Día de los Muertos celebration gives us an opportunity to honor and remember the loved ones who will always remain in our hearts.

Submit a photo of a loved one who has passed to be included in our Día de los Muertos digital altar. It’s a special way to celebrate their lives, memories, and the lasting impact they have had on our families and community.

📅 Please submit photos by October 20. by @mrodcd7

Team MRod joined the Valor Academy Elementary School community in North Hills to celebrate the ribbon cutting of their new campus! 🎉

I am proud to celebrate schools like Valor that invest in our young people and provide families in our community with more opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed. Congratulations on this exciting milestone and we look forward to seeing all that your students will accomplish. 🏫 by @mrodcd7

While Latino Heritage Month is a time to look back at our past, we must also celebrate the living history shaping our neighborhoods right now.

Anita Zepeda spent decades fighting for our kids and transforming education in CD7. Dedicating Anita Zepeda Square in Pacoima is a small token of gratitude for a woman whose legacy continues to inspire generations of families. Let’s always remember to give our community heroes their flowers while they can smell them. by @mrodcd7

Angelenos are tired of the endless delays in opening the LAX Automated People Mover.

Taxpayers and residents deserve real accountability. It’s time to thoroughly investigate who is responsible so Angelenos can trust their tax dollars are being managed wisely. by @mrodcd7

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Day of Service with UCLA and the Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council! We rolled up our sleeves to water and care for trees throughout our community.

I’m grateful to all the volunteers who came out and helped keep our neighborhood green, healthy, and beautiful. This is what community is all about! by @mrodcd7
