I live life on God's terms... by @mrolumati
We did a thing at The Business Life of God Conference in the city of Port Harcourt and it was profound to say the least. We couldn't have done it without our speakers, sponsors and all the many business leaders over a thousand of them who registered to be in the room. It was a great Conference because you believed in us. We are taking The Business Life of God to other cities across Africa on 2027, with Lagos, Abuja, and Ghana leading the tour. We cannot wait to share this value all around the world. Lagos is March 2027 Abuja in April 2027 Ghana in May 2027 Kenya in June 2027 Other dates and registration details, will be announced on the website. From all of us at The Olumati Company and team The Business Life of God, we say a big thank you! by @mrolumati
Last week at The BLOG, I photographed the amazing principal @mrolumati during his keynote. So much access to the business side of God and how to navigate the world economic system as a believer. All thanks to @nazart_ceo for the access! #photographer #theblog #explore #foryou by @mrolumati
We really did a thing on Saturday! I showed up at Just Jesus Assembly and we had sure a robust time sharing on The Role of Youths in Politics. Don't ask me how we pulled that off. Just know that we perform miracles on this side. There is such a drip in slide 4! by @mrolumati
My Principal, Rev. Lanre Oluseye, has been dressing me for well over a decade: practically, mentally, aspirationally and metaphorically. Thank you Rev for being there for me. by @mrolumati
Next stop! Registrations begin in a bit. Watch out for details. by @mrolumati
Rev George Izunwa is everything he is. He is QUIET POWER! There is a reason far removed from status that I chose my speakers. Rev George is an embodiment of my usual phrase BE BRAVE WITH YOUR LIFE. I have followed his ministry from the very the time I returned back from Lagos. Rev George has such profound mastery at things that he does very difficult and challenging things yet he comes out look like it was nothing; peaceful, calm, unscathed. His wisdom is profound. The very first day I arrived the Altar of Mercy, the Permanent Site of Gate Way International Church, I froze at he gate. Such audacity! I have always coverted this kind of audacity. I knew right there that Rev is connected to my destiny and it was only a matter of time. While he left, he whispered some words of encouragement in my ears. The kind of words on FATHERS will offer. That moment between our seats and his car will forever be treasured. If you love me, please tag Rev George, reachout to Rev George on my behalf and say, THANK YOU PAPA. In my book The Business Life of God, I wrote on what I call STRATEGIC STILLNESS. The ability to stay calm, observe challenges enough before moving to solve the problem. Across board and at all levels, founders encounter challenges that would pass for chaos. The 2020 pandemic ruffled the economics of Nations and most business leaders greeted STILLNESS. They rushed to execute in panic and in the energy of the moment without first observing the chaos and that became their disadvantage and led to the closure of many businesses across the world. In that Chapter, I proposed 6 question every leader must ask as a guide while working through any challenge and this apply regardless of what the challenge is or were you are in the business hierarchy. I call them The 6 Questions of Strategic Stillness. 1. What : This is a question speaking to clarity. What is it you intend to create as a product or service? What is the challenge right in front of you? What are your fears? Your circumstances will decide what you are questioning or seeking clarity to. 2. Why : This speaks to purpose. Very few people know their why. In the absence of a clear why, leaders derail, they are confused and lack direction. 3. How : How is the strategic question. It speaks to Strategy and Process. If leaders cannot figure out How, then execution becomes self sabotage. Execution without strategy is a business risk. 4. What else : This is the strength of innovation. It is how you pivot. It keeps you from staying flat footed. A great thinking leaders front time to time is always thinking what else. 5. How else : This is the strength of creative problem solving and critical thinking. Understanding that human behaviour and culture will evolve, policies and laws will change and innovation will disrupt life as we time from time to time. Rather than being stuck is known strategy, leaders rethink their strategies to find a new way out 6. What more : This question is the drive of scale and expansion. It questions what more leaders can do with their existing capabilities. Leaders who can look at their work through the lense of these question when experiencing a chaos can certain turn things around by @mrolumati
The Business Life of God Conference was truly transformative intellectually, spiritually and socially. The line up of speakers from various sectors were indeed power packed words that particularly stood out to me were @chrisoarhe insights on business structure and intentional investment in human capital development, and @pastorgeorgeizunwa session on Leading Beyond Presence. Both offered valuable perspectives. It was also an honour to work with the convener and the amazing team, serving in Exhibition Relations and Book Sales. The experience provided an opportunity to learn, contribute and build meaningful connections. A big thank you to The principal @mrolumati and the entire organising team for the opportunity and for putting together such an impactful conference. Truly grateful! 📷 : @kevinisthefirst 👗 : AdGlam 💄 : @herexcellency.esedaheruchi by @mrolumati
The bulk of what can change the trajectory of your life and economics, lies on the inside of you; an investment of divinity in you. God's investment in you in terms of gifts, skills and talents is for your economics. Exploit and maximise it to its fullest. Many play down on this investments and as long as they do not see the genius of divinity in that investment in them, they limit their lives from having the best experiences out of life. by @mrolumati
