🚀 Excited to share a major professional milestone! 🐾

Today, I led a high-stakes initiative: “Operation Unstuck the Turkey Kibble.”

As Principal Treat Optimization Lead, I was handed a complex deliverable—a heavy bear shaped dispenser loaded with high-value assets.

Key learnings from the field:
1. Failure is just iteration. Gentle licking had a low ROI. I pivoted to an agile framework: Slamming it repeatedly against the hardwood floor. 💥
2. Cross-functional alignment is key. When kibble jammed, I leveraged multi-modal problem solving—combining intense eye contact with my Human Ops Manager and aggressive nose-nudging.

Result: 100% asset extraction rate and maximum stakeholder satisfaction (mine).

Always keep barking up the right tree! 🐕✨
