Yesterday I received the heartbreaking news that my dear friend Peter Cukierski, known as Mr. Pet, passed away at just 52.

Peter was a true legend of the Amiga scene, a pioneer of new technologies and a programming genius. But to me, he was first and foremost my friend, and one of the warmest, happiest and most genuinely positive people I have ever known.

We shared so many memories from the old Amiga days, travelling between Germany and Poland, and later meeting again in Malta. He was also one of the people who introduced me to electronic music and the first underground techno parties.

I will always remember him with that huge smile on his face.

Rest in peace, my friend. You will never be forgotten. by @mrrootmusic
