Marvel Got Captain America RIGHT From the Start! | Road To Doomsday | Tribe of Nerds

🛡️ Marvel absolutely nailed Captain America from Day One!

In this clip from our Road To Avengers Doomsday MCU Rewatch, Jake, Josh, and Ryan "Neo" Wayne discuss why Captain America: The First Avenger remains one of the MCU's strongest origin stories and why Steve Rogers was perfectly portrayed from the very beginning.

Chris Evans brought heart, courage, and humility to Steve Rogers, proving that Captain America isn't defined by the Super Soldier Serum—he's defined by who he is before he ever picks up the shield.

As we continue our Road To Avengers Doomsday, we're revisiting every MCU movie to see what still holds up... and Captain America definitely passes the test!

🛡️ Do you think Captain America: The First Avenger is one of Marvel's best origin movies?

👇 COMMENT BELOW 👇
What do you think of Steve Rogers in Captain America: The First Avenger? Is it one of the MCU's best introductions to a superhero?

Past Failures Still Haunt Us | Pokémon Soul Link Gets Real | Tribe of Nerds

Victory Road wasn't the only challenge in this Pokémon Soul Link episode. 😭

In this Pokémon Soul Link Short, Jake Borucki (Jake the Snake) and Ryan "Neo" Wayne take a break from battling through Victory Road in Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver to talk about something much more difficult:

Their past failures.

While preparing for the Pokémon League, the conversation turns surprisingly real as Jake and Ryan discuss how past mistakes, setbacks, and failures can stay with you long after they happen.

💭 Why do we keep thinking about our biggest failures?
💭 How do you move forward after making mistakes?
💭 Can you ever truly let go of the past?

Of course, this is still Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After, so don't worry—the serious discussion is mixed with plenty of Pokémon Soul Link chaos, gaming banter, and jokes along the way.

Sometimes the toughest battles aren't gym leaders, rivals, or Victory Road...

They're the ones inside your own head. ❤️

Shadow Is TOO Popular | Sonic Movie Debate | Pokemon Soul Link | Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After

#tribeofnerds #pokemon #pokemonsoullink #SonicTheHedgehog #ShadowTheHedgehog

The Ice Path puzzles in Pokémon Soul Link Season 2 are already painful… but somehow the conversation gets even more chaotic 😭❄️

In this Pokémon Soul Link Short, Jake Borucki (Jake the Snake), Austin Foate (Foate the Goate), Ryan “Neo” Wayne, and Joe “Chaos Gremlin” King are sliding their way through Ice Path in Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver on the road to Blackthorn City…

And then out of nowhere…
🎮 The topic switches to Sonic the Hedgehog movies

Now we’ve got:
⚡ A full debate about Shadow’s insane popularity
😂 Confusion over why Shadow is stealing the spotlight
🎭 And Ryan losing it over how Jim Carrey keeps coming out of retirement to play Dr. Eggman

Meanwhile, the Ice Path puzzles are STILL not solved 💀

This is peak Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After energy — getting lost in-game while going off-topic about Sonic lore like it’s a TED Talk.

If you love Pokémon Soul Link chaos, gaming podcast humor, Sonic movie debates, and completely random conversations mid-game, this one’s for you. 😭

Ryan Calls Blue Oak a Snothead Nepo Baby | Pokémon Soul Link | Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After

#tribeofnerds #pokemon #pokemonsoullink #heartgoldsoulsilver #snotheadnepobaby

Things get way too real about Pokémon rivals in this chaotic Pokémon Soul Link Short from Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After. 😭

Jake Borucki (Jake the Snake), Austin Foate (Foate the Goate), Ryan “Neo” Wayne, and Joe “Chaos Gremlin” King are battling their way through Pryce’s Ice Gym and Jasmine’s Steel Gym in Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver to earn Gym Badges #6 and #7.

But in between gym battles, the conversation takes a hard turn into Pokémon rival rankings.

The crew starts comparing Silver (the Johto rival) to the legendary Blue Oak from Pokémon Red & Blue… and that’s when Ryan drops the most disrespectful Pokémon take of the season:

“Blue is a snothead nepo baby.” 💀

Now the debate is on:
👊 Is Silver the better rival?
👑 Is Blue Oak actually carried by Professor Oak’s last name?
😂 And why does this argument feel more intense than the gym battles themselves?

Classic Tribe of Nerds Soul Link chaos — roasting Pokémon characters, gym badge grinding, and podcast banter that spirals completely out of control.

Team Rocket Password Hunt Goes Wrong | Pokémon Soul Link Ep 11 | Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After

#pokemon #pokemonsoullink #tribeofnerds #teamrocket #heartgoldsoulsilver

The Team Rocket Hideout in Mahogany Town turns into a full-blown Pokémon scavenger hunt in this chaotic Pokémon Soul Link Short. 😭

Jake Borucki (Jake the Snake) and Austin Foate (Foate the Goate) are battling through the Team Rocket base in Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, desperately searching for the two Rocket Passwords needed to progress — and catch up to their rivals.

Meanwhile, Ryan “Neo” Wayne and Joe “Chaos Gremlin” King already know where the passwords are… and decide the best strategy is psychological warfare.

Ryan tries to send Jake and Austin on a wild goose chase through completely different Pokémon games, acting like the password is hidden somewhere that doesn’t even exist in HeartGold & SoulSilver. 💀

The plan?
Confuse them.
Slow them down.
Protect the lead.

The reality?
Jake immediately realizes something is extremely sus, and the sabotage attempt collapses instantly. 😭

This is classic Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After Soul Link chaos — Team Rocket battles, ridiculous misdirection, and a race through Johto that somehow gets more competitive every episode.

Ryan Won’t Stop Talking About BALD WOODY | Pokémon Soul Link | Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After

#pokemon #pokemonsoullink #baldwoody #tribeofnerds #thedayafter

Pokémon Soul Link Season 2 takes an unexpected turn… and somehow it involves Bald Woody from Toy Story. 💀

In this Pokémon Soul Link Short, Jake Borucki (Jake the Snake) and Austin Foate (Foate the Goate), along with Ryan “Neo” Wayne and Joe “Chaos Gremlin” King, are on their way to Cianwood City to challenge Chuck in Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver.

There’s just one problem.

🗺️ Joe gets completely lost.
🎙️ Ryan cannot stop talking about “Bald Woody.”
😩 Joe slowly loses his patience.

What starts as simple navigation turns into a full-blown Bald Woody obsession arc while the Soul Link race tightens up. This is peak Tribe of Nerds vs The Day After chaos — off-topic debates, unhinged banter, and zero progress toward the gym.

If you love Pokémon Nuzlocke chaos, gaming podcast humor, and completely unnecessary Toy Story references… this one’s for you. 😭
