10 days in St. George
Josh and I went down to St. George for a work trip. For the last few years I’ve been grinding on school and work, and for ten whole days I just got to BE. I got to roam around the red rock, read, go on long walks, paint, eat gelato, reconnect with dear friends, and reflect on my life. I’m so happy! by @mrs.earle

Cheers to a year, baby!
What a wonderful, wild adventure this year has been. It feels like just yesterday Josh and I walked out of the temple hand in hand, but it also feels like we’ve been married forever. I cannot picture my life without him!

This footage is from right after we got married. We backpacked Coyote Gulch together, a place Josh has trekked many times. I love seeing how happy Josh is out in the wilderness, he becomes his child-self, full of wonder. My, how I love the boy in you and the man you’ve become!

Finally combed through last years footage from my camcorder. Amongst the footage, I found these little videos of my pretty sister at the lake near yellow stone.

This discovery came at just the right time, considering that it was just Brielle’s birthday. She’s 23. How crazy!

I remember like yesterday when we were pretending to be spies in the back yard, climbing trees and playing with our littlest pet shop animals.

Now life feels very real. Money, school, dating, friends, and everything in between has real stakes. It’s not make believe anymore.
But Brielle still finds a way to make the world feel sparkly and full of wonder.
She sees the little red rock and the spiral shell.
She dips her feet into cold water, even if it gets her jeans wet.
Cat-like, she always finds a way to curl up in my arms.
Brielle can make me laugh even when life feels dark and knows me better than anyone ever will.
She’s of my blood and bone, we share it all.
I’m forever grateful you’re my sister, let’s grow into old ladies who alway look for treasures in the sand 🐚 by @mrs.earle
