THAILAND #ᴘʜᴏᴛᴏᴅᴜᴍᴘ
I'm a simple vacation person. Give me a luxurious stay, good food, and yum foodddd… I’m happy.🫣

But every trip we take, we let our daughter to lead.
Because we want her to grow up with core memories. The kind that stay with her forever.😍🧿

And somewhere along the way, in giving her that childhood, we quietly heal parts of our own.🥹

So yes, I have 500+ photos and videos. And yes, I’ll keep posting them whenever I miss this little chapter of happiness 🥹✨

Because some memories deserve to be relived again and again ❤️

According to my understanding 😇:

(Edit: check the next reels for how we achieved the desired lighting)

1️⃣ Space Feels Smaller
• With typical ceiling heights in Indian apartments (9–10 feet), false ceilings can make your room feel even more cramped. Let your space breathe! ✨️
.
2️⃣ Heat Traps
• The last thing you need in our hot and humid climate is more heat! False ceilings often trap warmth, leading to higher energy bills.😥
.
3️⃣ Costly Over Time
• Beyond the installation costs, false ceilings require maintenance. From cracks to leaks, it can get expensive to keep them in top shape.🤐
.
4️⃣ Humidity & Termite Trouble
• False ceilings can quickly fall victim to moisture and pest issues, especially in areas prone to humidity or water seepage.🙃
.
5️⃣ Limited Functionality
• While they hide wires, they also limit flexibility.
Its better opt for sleek alternatives like smart lighting or chic wall paneling instead!😇
.
6️⃣ Difficult to Clean
• Dust, dirt, and even pests can build up in those hidden spaces— and then maintenance becomes a headache🤯
.
7️⃣ Trouble with Repairs
• If you need to fix something!
You'll have to tear down parts of your ceiling to access electricals or ducts, which can be a hassle.🫣

Better Alternatives✨️
• Wall-mounted lighting
• Exposed beams
• Modern moldings
By opting for simpler, yet stylish solutions, you can achieve a clean, contemporary look without all the drawbacks!💫✨️

PS: This is purely our preference & convenience 😊...you can choose to go with whatever floats your boat 😇🤗

Day and Night view from my favorite spot at home 😀This part of the sofa is reserved for me 🫣.
It's where my mornings begins..,
where I take my work calls..
steal a few pages of my book...,
Do some doom scrolling...(proud to say it has reduced to 10% now😀)
and where the day eventually winds down with the TV on and nowhere else I'd rather be.😍
Through the transition from day to Night ..the view stays the same only the mood changes with the light.

When you buy a home, you’re not just choosing a space. You’re picturing your mornings, imagining where your favourite things will go, and thinking about all the little moments that will make it yours. And you want to know that the home you’ve imagined is the one you’re actually choosing.

That’s what makes RealView at Sumadhura Capitol Residencies different. By finishing an actual residence inside the tower during construction, Sumadhura lets you experience the real layouts, dimensions, finishes and views before making your decision. You can walk through the space, see how everything comes together and get a better feel for the home beyond what a render can show you.

📍 Visit Sumadhura Capitol Residencies, Whitefield, and experience RealView for yourself.

My Sunshine and tiny adventures and a day to remember.

Day was too hot but the bright sun just made everything so colorful and beautiful 😍 🌼

Heart full of gratitude 🙏 🔱🌸

He made us wait the 1st day just to bless us with the most Devine Darshan the next day🙏🔱🌸

Somewhere between temple bells, still water and an unexpected little visitor.🔱🙏🌸

Little handmade goodness we bought back home ✨️🌼

Golu shops made the Streets of Mylapore soooo vibrant and colorful ♥️

If you dont want to go all out with your stack then just layer 2 of your favourites and you are good to slay 🥰🤗

A little festive DIY idea from last year for you all 🫶

With the festive season around the corner, here’s an easy wall decor idea you can try at home. It’s so simple that even a child can make it! 🪔✨

All you need:
🎀 Golden ribbon
🌈 Colourful paper
🪞 Small mirrors in any shape you like
🫶 Glue or a glue gun

Cut the paper into your favourite shapes, take a long piece of ribbon, and simply stick them alternately, one paper, one mirror, one paper, one mirror… and you’re done!

It’s super lightweight, so you can easily put it up on the wall using masking tape. Perfect for adding a little festive sparkle.✨

Save this idea to try this festive season, and let me know if you make it! ❤️

For more easy, budget-friendly festive decor ideas, keep following along. 🪔✨

16yrs back When I came to Bangalore for my job, it was all about hustle and trying to make ends meet.🥹

New place , new culture and new work place, too much to handle for a small town girl!😇

Those days I used to stay alone in a small 1BHK, and had very minimal things for daily requirements and this blue bedsheet you see here was one of my first purchases in Bangalore.🥹

I had only 2 Bedsheets and used them alternatively..The other one tore but this one stayed with me through countless washes 😃 may be because I hand washed it as I didnt have a washing machine then 😊
I cant tell you how soft and feather like it is!!..😇

Time passed... I grew professionally, evolved personally, met the love of my life , got married to him and this unknown city soon because HOME to me ❤️.

Through all these changes I kept this one and 2-3 other things with me as a memory of my struggle days. 😇

But you know what He says jokingly!?
"Yeh Akbar ke time ka bedsheet ko kub discard karoge!!??"
And I say........🫣

I thought my favorite part would be finally unboxing the watch I'd had on my wishlist for so long.❤️

Well ... I was wrong.🥹

It was this tiny engraving.🧿

Because in that moment, it stopped being just a beautiful watch....It became something I'll wear every day, cherish for years, and one day, hopefully, pass on to my daughter with a story she'll always carry.🫶✨️🥹
.
PS: next time you gift yourself or your loved ones a watch get it Personalized and make it even more special 🫶
