I think I’ve spent 35 years of my life tipping myself, my sister @katejones404 or my kids upside down, but this week I get to teach other parents and kids how to do it nice and safely at @poleattack @poleattackkids 🎉

It’s one of my absolute favourite things to teach because it’s full of joy and laughter, and a great bonding experience for parents and children. There’s still some space on my kids and parents acro session on Wednesday lunchtime 12:15-13:15.

Something special to wish my amazing husband a very happy 46th Birthday. It’s a day late, due to a VIP work edit but it doesn’t mean I wasn’t thinking about it. I would say something super cheesy about you being the peanut butter to my jelly, but really this is all about allowing other people to experience the joy of being with you. This is Theo 👋🏻 This spring, Theo is hoping to raise as much money as possible for @hambofoundation to help beneficiaries Get Busy Living again after serious injury. Theo’s been inspired by the amazing work the foundation goes and the unbelievable achievements of the beneficiaries, and he has decided to set himself a challenge - to run 100km by his Tenth birthday. This gives him just five weeks, 35 days, to run 100km on his little legs!

It’s no small task given he has never ran this far or this often in such a short space of time, so if you’re willing to donate a little, it will mean such a lot.

Our first time in the air since 2019, absolutely amazing morning on a virgin balloon flight over Oxford even with Mas pooping his pants on take off, and a hairy moment hovering over electric cables.

I can’t for the life of me remember the pilots name, maybe Mike, but he was a LEGEND. He told us a great story I’ve forgotten half of - we took the same flight path as James Sadler, who piloted the First ever balloon flight in 1787 from Oxford. James landed on Boars hill- about a quarter of the journey we flew, I can’t even imagine his bravery. Apparently there is a Monument to him on the hill, probably next to all the mansions with swimming pools.

We had a great time milking our engagement / my birthday for all it was worth, and chatting to everyone about how we got engaged and @thenwebuiltahouse taken in Oxford by @mrs.ornbo

FUTURE MRS ORNBO
On Friday, Sam took me back to Brill where we had our first date. He got down on one knee, spoke some amazing words I was too shocked to listen to properly, and proposed!

We’ve cried (mainly him), planned (mainly me) and celebrated ever since, but I still can’t believe I get to marry my best friend. I love this man so much, and can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him. Thank you for making me your FMO @orners

I’m terrified of flying, and the last time I didn’t hide it very well on a BA flight. So, a lovely pilot took the time to talk to me about the flight and showed me the flight deck and - bonus points - let me wear his hat!! Amazing, thoughtful and clever. After this year, nothing is going to stop me booking those flights!! Countdown to holiday season is on @orners
