THE FUTURE HOMEOWNERS OF 2027 WERE IN THE ROOM TODAY! 🏡🔑🔥

Today at the Fairview Library Heights, I had the absolute JOY of connecting with aspiring homeowners who showed up ready to learn, laugh, ask questions, and take the first steps toward changing their family’s future!

One thing I reminded them of today: You may not come from generational wealth, but generational wealth can start with YOU! 🙌🏽

That’s why I love educating families about the NACA program. No down payment required. No minimum credit score. And an opportunity to become a homeowner even when everything in your financial life isn’t perfect.

Now, is the process always easy? Absolutely NOT! 😂 It takes preparation, patience, discipline, and sometimes getting a few things in order. But the opportunity is WORTH IT!

Looking around that room today, I didn’t just see workshop attendees. I saw future homeowners, future wealth builders, and families preparing to change their legacy.

I LOVE what I do! The conversations, the laughter, the connections, and most importantly, watching people realize that homeownership is possible for THEM!

Last night was such a beautiful reminder that sometimes it’s the little moments that mean the most! 🥹❤️ We went out to celebrate my girl’s birthday, and I got to enjoy some much-needed quality time with my husband too! Between the skating, laughter, and memories, my heart was FULL! 🥰💍

Marriage is such a blessing, and I thank God for the love, friendship, and memories we continue to build together. Still so in love! ❤️

WAIT… you’re giving up on buying a home because of the interest rate? 👀🏡

Before you count yourself out, let’s talk about what the numbers actually mean.

I recently had the opportunity to speak with Spectrum News about today’s housing market, rising mortgage rates, and what buyers need to know before deciding that homeownership isn’t possible for them.

Here’s what I want you to remember:

🏡 People still need homes. Higher rates may change your buying power, but they don’t automatically mean you shouldn’t buy.

📉 Interest rates fluctuate. The rate you receive today doesn’t necessarily have to be your rate forever. Refinancing may be an option later if rates decrease and you qualify.

💰 Preparation matters. Your savings, credit, monthly budget, taxes, insurance and overall financial picture matter just as much as the rate you see online.

🔑 Know your options. Depending on your situation and the program you’re using, there may be opportunities for interest-rate buydowns, assistance and other strategies that can make homeownership more affordable.

And this is exactly why who you work with matters.

I don’t just want to show you houses. I want you to understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, what resources may be available to you and whether the numbers actually make sense for YOUR household.

Don’t disqualify yourself before you know your options.

When God opens the door, you just have to be ready! 🙏🏾🎤🏡

I was literally on my way to the school pickup line when I had the opportunity to do an interview with Spectrum News about the housing market and rising mortgage rates.

And THANK GOD I was already camera ready! 😂🙌🏾

We found a property for sale right near my kiddos’ school, pulled up, and made it happen. Because apparently today I needed to be Mom + Realtor + real estate expert for the news all at the same time. 😂

Just a little behind the scenes of real life. Sometimes the opportunity doesn’t come when everything is perfectly planned. You just have to be ready when God opens the door.

Baby, the MOMS had a TIME today! 😂💗💃🏽

The MOMS Pull-Up Party was definitely a 10/10 experience! From the coffee ☕️, the snacks, the conversations, the dancingggg 😂 and your girl even won the raffle! Okayyyy! 🙌🏽😂

But what I loved most was the CONNECTION.

Being able to sit with other moms, talk about our wins, share advice, encourage each other and just RELATE was so needed. And being a mom raising children with special needs, it meant even more being able to connect with other moms who understand that journey. 💗

God is so intentional too. 🙏🏽 I even had the opportunity to connect with another woman through our faith, and I’m really in a season where I can see God building community around me.

Shoutout to all the ladies I got to connect with, laugh with and DANCE with because babyyyy WE HAD A TIME! 😂💃🏽💗

And @pearlskitchen_cle?! 10/10. Beautiful space, beautiful experience, AND I won a gift card to come back?! 😂 Say less. I’ll be back!

When I started this 90-day journey, I knew I wanted to transform physically, but God has been showing me that this season is about so much more.

I’m working on my walk with Christ first, because everything else has to flow from there. 🙏🏾

I’m rebuilding my discipline.
Taking care of my body.
Growing my hair back from my pixie cut. 😂💕
Building my business.
Being intentional as a wife and mom.
And learning to show up consistently even when everything isn’t perfect.

Today looked like figuring out hairstyles that actually survive the gym 😂, looking for products to help my hair journey, throwing on my weighted vest, and getting the work DONE.

It may look like a simple 18-second clip, but to me, it represents something much bigger:

I’m not trying to become a completely different person in 90 days. I’m becoming more disciplined and intentional with the woman God has already called me to be.

Christ first. Then everything else. ✝️

45 days down. Day 46 in progress. 💪🏽💕

📸 📸 From the archives 8 years ago… but this one hit me differently. 🥹💗

Sometimes I look back and can’t believe I believed in myself enough to just keep going. I started this journey in 2017, and next November I’ll celebrate 10 YEARS as a licensed Realtor. 🏡😭 Through every market, every high, every low, every personal battle and every season of growth, I kept showing up. To every client who trusted me to help get you to the closing table, thank you. But even more, thank you for trusting God first and believing in yourself enough to pursue homeownership. I’ve never wanted to just sell houses. I’ve shared my own ups, downs, and real life with my clients because this has always been bigger than a transaction for me. It’s a mission.
