✨ A little self-care with Be Lifted Body NZ! ✨

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the lovely team at Be Lifted Body NZ, and what a wonderful experience! 💕

I was treated to a TECAR360 session, which uses 448 kHz radiofrequency technology and is designed to support circulation and help improve the appearance of skin firmness and texture.

As a woman in my 40s, I'm always interested in discovering new ways to look after my skin and body, especially as our bodies naturally change over time.

The team were absolutely lovely, taking the time to explain the treatment and make me feel comfortable throughout. ❤️

✨ And the exciting part? I can't wait to take you along on this journey and show you my results! I'll be sharing my honest experience and any changes I notice along the way.

Okay… this is actually such a clever little beauty tool 😍
I’ve been trying out The Guideliner, designed to make creating that perfect eyeliner wing SO much easier — because getting both sides to match is usually where things start going horribly wrong for me 😂
I love anything that makes my makeup routine quicker and takes some of the guesswork out of it, and this is such a simple idea that really helps guide the shape of your liner.

❤️ PILATES FOR A PURPOSE – THANK YOU! ❤️
What an incredible afternoon! I honestly can't thank everyone enough who came along and supported Pilates for a Purpose, raising money for Solid Hearts as part of my Miss Five Crowns New Zealand journey.
What started as a little idea turned into such a lovely afternoon, and seeing everyone there supporting the event genuinely meant so much to me.
A huge thank you to Lisa from Hardcore Fitness for generously donating her time and putting us through our Pilates session, and to Kia from Cantabrain Magazine for her wonderful support.
And, of course, thank you to all of the amazing businesses who supported the event with products, goodie bags, raffle prizes and wine. Your generosity helped make the day so special. ❤️
