Official pro debut 💙

What a weekend. Stepping onstage for my first IFBB pro show and walking away with 3rd place was an experience I’ll never forget. Standing next to Olympians was honestly wild and something I never could have imagined for my first pro show. I’m incredibly proud of what we brought to the stage and even more excited for what’s ahead.

First and foremost, thank you to my coach @j_jacoby32 for your guidance and incredible attention to detail throughout this prep. You have truly been an amazing coach and I’m so grateful I get to have you in my corner. This was our first prep together, and I know it’s only the beginning. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us. 🤝

A huge thank you to @ifbbnpc_heartoftexas for putting on such an amazing production. From the judges and expeditors to the tanning crew and everyone behind the scenes, every person made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. You made my first pro experience so enjoyable, and I’ll absolutely be back to Texas to compete again. 🤠

@mrs_guytons_suits thank you for creating such a beautiful suit and turning it around in record time when I only gave you two weeks notice. You absolutely delivered!

@krristinanicole thank you for helping me bring this physique to life onstage and showcase my best package 🤍

To everyone behind the scenes who helped me get here, supported me, believed in me, and cheered me on along the way — you know who you are. I couldn’t have done this without you.

One pro show down. So much more to come. by @mrs_guytons_suits

Stepping onto the national stage at the NPC North American Championships was an experience I will never forget. With over 800+ incredible athletes and stacked lineups across every single division, the caliber of competition this weekend was unreal. Bringing home hardware at this level means everything:
2nd Place — Masters 35+
3rd Place — Open Class C
Standing up there was the culmination of countless hours of relentless work, and none of this would have been possible without my village:
@garyleedeel1 : Thank you for holding down the fort, encouraging me every step of the way, and being my rock through the deepest parts of the trenches. I could not do this without your love and support.
@shaneheugly : Thank you for believing in me, guiding every phase of this prep, and pushing me to bring my absolute best physique to date.
@the_profit_posing : Thank you for teaching me how to own the stage, move with fluid grace, and present all our hard work with effortless confidence.
@jeffaesthetics : Thank you for the brutal sessions and pushing me to tears when I needed that extra fire to dig deep.
@jp_fit_bikini : Thank you so much for letting me borrow this stunning suit—you are a true gem!
@mrs_guytons_suits : Your craftsmanship is unmatched; thank you for creating such a breathtaking suit that made me feel so radiant on stage.
@vthemakeupartist : Thank you for bringing the vision to life and making me feel so incredibly glamorous under those stage lights.
@phatproteincookies : A massive shout out for fueling this prep and keeping the sweet tooth satisfied without missing a beat!
Grateful, proud, and hungrier than ever for what’s ahead. We keep building! 🏆✨

I audibly gasped when I saw my stage shots. This. Is. Perfection🔥🔥.

Thank you to @gilcoproductions for capturing my very first wellness competition at @themecca_show. When I saw they were doing the production, I knew that I wanted the BEST in the business to capture my debut. This was such an excellent show where you could tell a lot of care & detail was put into ensuring the athletes had a good time. So thank you to @executive_judge1 for putting together such a high quality event.

@chiharu_nakajima_ifbbpro he’s one of my sponsored athletes from Japan just killing it in the bodybuilding category. She represents all aspects so well. Happy to have her on board and on the team.

What a season. 💜

Almost two years away from the stage left me wondering if I could regain enough muscle to remain competitive among the best women’s bodybuilders in the world.

This season, I began working with a new coach @domsupersliced, who believed in what was still possible. Together with my doctor @irondirectprimarycare, he helped optimize my hormones, prioritize my health, and guide me back to the stage—bringing me into my best condition of the season at the Rising Phoenix.

Placing 4th for the second time at one of the most prestigious women’s bodybuilding competitions in the world means so much more after everything it took to return. We went from questioning whether I could add enough size to compete at this level to proving that I still belong among the very best.

I am incredibly grateful for my coach’s knowledge, expertise, belief in me, and—most importantly—the care he has taken with my health throughout this process.

Now, I’m looking forward to the most productive improvement season of my career. This comeback was only the beginning, and I cannot wait to see what we bring to the stage next season. 💪🏼💫

Looking back at this moment stepping on stage in June makes me even more excited for what’s ahead. ❤️‍🔥

Right now, I’m fully embracing my growth/bulking season—eating more, lifting heavy, getting stronger. And I’m loving every minute of it. 💪

There’s something exciting about knowing that the body I’ll bring next time is being built right now.

I can’t wait to see what this version of me looks like on January 2027. 👀🔥
For now… WE GROW. 🌱
