No words just tons of emotion and gratitude. As a child I used to beg my mom to take me to the grocery store to pick up a copy of the latest @brides magazine. Never would I imagine that some 20 years later that I would have a wedding published in the largest wedding magazine in the world.

God I’m not going to say you keep blowing my mind, because every time you wow me in what I consider the biggest manner ever, you top that again and again. I love you so much God and I truly can’t thank you enough for showing me my purpose so early in life and for allowing me to walk gracefully in that purpose.

To my sister: When we started this process you said I believe in you more than you’ll ever know and to show you just how much of your biggest supporter that I am, I’m going to give you the largest budget you’ve ever worked with in planning my dream wedding. And you did JUST THAT. @mrs_kknox you already know it’s you and I till the wheels fall off but seeing your level of trust in me throughout this process just made me love you even more!

Ok enough of the sappy stuff….y’all I’m PUBLISHED IN @brides MAGAZINE!!!!! by @mrs_kknox

Happy 1 Month Boo🧸

A month ago today God gave me the greatest gift I could have ever received! My boobear and bestfriend. There has not been a day I have woken up since giving birth to my son and haven’t shed a tear. When I look into his big, almond shaped eyes, they instantly melt my heart. He is my pride and joy and my favorite person.

Some of his favorites are:
-laying on momma
-momma’s milkies
-momma’s kisses
-holding his head up
-trying to crawl
-taking naps
-bath time
-car rides
-being held by family and seeing them
-being outside and going on walks
-being sung to and listening to music

As the days go by I only long for time to slow down. However, I know you have to continue to grow. You will forever be my baby no matter how big you get. Momma loves you so much! 🩵🦋

A special thank you to my amazing doula @nadia.the.doula for capturing these precious moments. This will forever be my favorite video. Ingland has always loved music ever since in my womb. The doctors would even call him the dancing machine during ultra sounds. During pre-labor I would repeatedly sing “This Little Light of Mine” and while Ingland was making his entrance into the world he came out to the song “Jireh.” He listens to these songs everyday and he absolutely loves it! 🥹 by @mrs_kknox

Under the Sea Ingland Grey is THREE

Thank you so much for all the calls, text, messages, gifts, and well wishes you all sent my baby. He thoroughly enjoyed his birthday so much so that he asked me last night at 9:00 p.m. could I drive him back to the Bahamas. 😂 😅🫣

Speaking of the Bahamas, I have over 500 plus pictures and videos in my phone. The drop is coming soon. No worries though I promise they will be worth it in case you missed the sneak peak. 😜

A special THANK YOU to my sister @kjselegantpastries for creating Ingland the cutest cake that was delicious. She’s been making his cakes since he was in my belly. Also, a HUGE Thank You to my bro @ynot_images for creating this adorable pictures I will cherish forever. I wasn’t going to let Ingland take pictures but the day before I started regretting that decision and Tony came in and saved the day. Last, but certainly not least, THANK YOU to the most amazing and talented cousin @jessica_verie a girl could ask for. With her being a mom of 3, I was hesitant to ask her to created this signage for me and boy did she deliver beyond my expectations. Forever grateful for these three! 🙏🏾

Under the Sea, Ingland Grey Turns THREE! 🐠🩵🌊

Each year gets harder and harder for me to celebrate my baby boy. I’ve always heard people say, “The days are long, but the years are short,” and boy, have they been right.

It feels like just yesterday I was bringing him home from the hospital, and now somehow, my sweet baby is THREE. 🥹

I love him so much that sometimes it hurts. I don’t have many words right now, so I’ll save the long, sappy post for later. But for today, I just want to celebrate him.

Happiest of birthdays to the silliest, sweetest, most loving little boy I could have ever dreamed of. You are everything I could have prayed for and more.

Thank you, God, for my rainbow baby. 🌈 You are my pride, my joy, and the greatest blessings of my life.

Momma loves you the MOST!! 🩵🦋

Happy 3rd Birthday, my sweet Boo🧸

By the way…

What a privilege it is to watch you grow.
What a privilege it is to wrap you in my arms.

What a privilege it is to hold your hand.
What a privilege it is to be your biggest fan.

What a privilege it is to be your source of comfort.
What a privilege it is to be the one you search for across a crowded room.

What a privilege it is to assuage your fears.
What a privilege it is to be the one who gives you advice.

What a privilege it is to be your role model.
What a privilege it is to be the one you turn to for guidance.

What a privilege it is to make you feel safe.
What a privilege it is to have a front row seat as you discover yourself.

And when the day comes when you spread your wings and fly, I hope you know that being your Momma will ALWAYS be my greatest privilege. 🩵🦋

Momma Loves You the Most Boo🧸 by @mrs_kknox

Still smiling from the last two weeks… I couldn’t have planned it any better if I tried.

I asked for time—real time—with the people I love, and that’s exactly what I got. One week with friends, one week with family… memories I’ll hold onto forever 🤍

From turning up at the Cardi B concert 🔥 to sitting down for some of the best dinners, to being spoiled with not one, not two, but THREE cakes (my sister Kristal understood the assignment 🎂🎂🎂)… every moment felt intentional.

I felt celebrated, appreciated, and covered every single day. My circle showed up for me in the best way, and I’m so grateful.

Walking into this new year of life feeling stronger, healthier, and more aligned than ever. God has truly been good to me.

Chapter 3-Ate… let’s see what you got! ✨ by @mrs_kknox
