North Carolina, you were good to us! Seven days, a lot of miles, and so many favorite moments. ❤️

We caught up with family around Lake Norman & Mooresville, stayed in Davidson, then spent three fun filled days in Pinehurst with our friends, enjoying golf, shopping, and seeing all that Pinehurst has to offer.

We made our way to Chapel Hill for the Notre Dame vs UNC game, Go Irish! ☘️

Then it was just the two of us escaping to the coast, exploring Wilmington and unwinding for two nights at Wrightsville Beach.

We finished with a little time in Raleigh before flying home.

We loved every bit of it. Even the drives were beautiful, making all those miles a lot more fun.

North Carolina, we’ll be back! ❤️

One of my favorite things lately? Taking cooking classes with friends.

Today: homemade cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls.

☘️This legend is 91 years old today, the longest living in his entire lineage. A proud, stubborn Irishman and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 🥳 taken in Loomis, California by @mrscaseykane

Never have I ever made homemade bread or butter… until today! 🧈🍞

Took a class at the cutest little spot in Granite Bay. One Cute Cookie Kitchen, and learned how to make focaccia and fresh butter, from scratch!!! Then we turned that butter into herb compound butters with whatever flavors we wanted. 🌱

Such a fun, hands on class. If you’re not taking Amy’s cooking classes yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Best Friday I’ve had in a long time. 💛
Thank you Amy!

This was supposed to be our Christmas card…but they didnt happen ~ so we’re sending our love (virtually) from our home to yours. ❤️

Wishing you more of what makes you happy this season, less of whatever makes the world feel stressful, and lots of calm, joyful moments.

Bochy turned 11 in August and remains our most loyal (and spoiled) family member, Hudson and Landon turn 19 on December 30th (gulp), and our hearts are very full.

Cheers to a great 2026! 🥂

With love from Kevin & Casey,
