Our Halloween crew this year! 👻🎃 Gotta love this crust-ee crew and what a motley crew we are! 😂 A little crazy, a lot of personality, and the best team around. Wouldn’t trade this bunch for anything! ❤️ @the_cheeto36 @elizabethshamy @sofdoan @edoan3 @kcnyholm

There are some people you meet through the gym who become so much more than just “gym friends.” ❤️
We lost one of those people this week, and honestly, this one hits hard.
Rob — or “Big Rob” as so many of us knew him — had a presence you simply couldn’t miss. Yes, he was a big dude, but his personality was even bigger. He was funny, kind, outgoing, and had a way of making you feel like you had known him forever.
My girlfriends and I would joke that it didn’t matter what time you went to Club4… there was a pretty good chance Big Rob was there. 😂 And if he was, you could count on him stopping to chat with you while you were trying to get your workout in — probably holding up the machine a little longer than you wanted. 😂❤️
But those little moments are the ones we realize we’ll miss the most.
Over the years, Rob’s girlfriend Elizabeth Shamy has became a close friend of ours, and her kids became friends with our kids. What started as gym friendships turned into real friendships, memories, and a little gym community that became family.
Walking back into the Club4 this week after being gone to another gym for most of the summer, aside from a few visits here and there, just felt different. There was an empty space where we were used to seeing that big personality, that big smile, and hearing “Hey!” from across the gym.
It’s a reminder that you never really know how much someone is woven into the fabric of your everyday life until they’re suddenly not there.
We are going to miss you, Rob. 💔
Thank you for the laughs, the conversations, the friendship, and for being such a memorable part of our gym family. You will be missed! Cheeto Marlowe Elizabeth Shamy Tyler Protz Ethan Doan Sofia Doan Jessica Isabella Mazzei Protz by @mrscheeto_

🎒📚 FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL ROAST: SIBLING EDITION 😂
Sullivan officially started 5TH GRADE today! 🎉
Big backpack. Big kid. Bigger attitude. 😏😂
Apparently we’re this close to middle school… Lord, help us all. 🙏🏼
And then there’s Hannah Rylee… 💕
She’s doing KINDERGARTEN: ROUND TWO! 😂
Because apparently one year of kindergarten wasn’t enough fun the first time around! 🎀✏️
But jokes aside… BOTH HAD FANTASTIC DAYS! 🥹❤️
They walked in ready to learn, made us proud, and came home happy—which is a HUGE win!
Here’s to another year of growing, learning, making memories… and Mom surviving the school/sports schedule. 😂☕️LET THE CHAOS BEGIN! 🎉❤️ @the_cheeto36 by @mrscheeto_

Something different about us millennials #health #wellness by @mrscheeto_

Give them something to talk about. 🤷‍♀️
They’re gonna talk no matter what you do.
You’ll never please everyone—and that’s okay.
Running a business, staying healthy, being a wife and mom, chasing kids to dance and sports… it’s a lot. ❤️
Some will say you’re doing too much. Others, not enough.
But God knows my heart, my intentions, and the sacrifices no one sees. 🙏🏼
So I’ll keep showing up, keep working hard and let God handle the rest. ✨#trend #talkabout #queenbutterfly #growth #reel by @mrscheeto_
