Had to do a before and after.
2023- figure debut --> 2025- second show

The one thing I was worried about (honestly probably every competitive bodybuilder’s fear) and kept saying to @mrdavislifts was “what if I go on stage and I looked the same?”
When you’re in the process of dieting down and looking at yourself in the mirror it can be hard to see the growth you’ve made along the way. I was so in my head this prep. Some days I would get super amped about how I looked and other days I would look so flat I thought I lost all my muscle and was reverting (thanks glycogen depletion 🫠), this is where having a coach you trust is extremely important. I would express my concerns with David and he would reassure me that it’s all apart of the process. He would keep me grounded.
Then my show happened and comparing previous stage shots to current, there is no denying we put in the work this past off season and I could not be more proud✨
Not only with my muscle development but my posing and stage presence also grew. And I can honestly say I didn’t deviate from the plan a single time. Not once. I adhered to my macros and hit every training day, every cardio session and made sure I rested when I had rest days. Knowing I did all I could without cutting corners when it got hard made this win even more sweeter. There was no guilt, no regrets and nothing else more I could have done.
