Terrence Taylor and I have enjoyed Tatiana the past 2 days. She dropped in late Tuesday night and has not thought about leaving. She has been so much fun! G-pop has had to make a special trip to the grocery store for “a” carrot. I have had to play makeup (over and over again), We have had to ride the golf cart, make snow cream and finally, yes, of course we had to build a snowman but Tat said it is a snow”woman” and her name is Snow White. True, grandma and G-Pop missed you! #sweetlifeofagrandparent by @mrsfeeplus3

Today I closed the door on a 29 year public service career in local government. Thank you to my Collections team and the Business & Collections department for the phenomenal retirement reception on last Friday. Tonight, I got the opportunity to read every card and open the gifts I received at my retirement reception! I thought I was beyond the tears, but quite a few of the cards got a little damp! When I graduated from ECU in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, never did I know that I would build a career in Finance. But there I was and did! God has his way of placing you where he know you can best serve his people the way he wants his people to be served!! Thank you God for ordering my path, it is because of you that I can say on today “I’s RETIRED now!!” This last gift I received this morning solidified why God placed me where I finished. #blessedandhighlyfavored by @mrsfeeplus3
