My 2009 wedding cake was the picture of cross-contamination 🤪 A three-tiered cake with the top layer gluten free and the bottom two full of gluten. We didn’t know a lot about CC then. Never could I have imagined that I’d be touring a giant gluten free bakery years later - one that makes incredible wedding cakes that GF and delicious! This isn’t always an easy journey but the road is getting smoother all the time. @mrshewitts by @mrshewitts
