From Theatre Director to Assistant Principal… Look at GOD. 🙌🏾

In 2015, I moved to Georgia with a dream and a deep love for the arts. That dream led me to Stilwell — first as Theatre Director, then as Clayton County Public Schools’ Dance & Theatre Lead, Performing Arts Center Specialist, Instructional Specialist, and Magnet Lead.

Over the years, I’ve led curriculum teams, produced district-wide performances, championed arts advocacy, and helped schools build programs from the ground up. I’ve collaborated on arts integration, brought industry professionals into schools, and helped shape the vision for what arts education can be.

When my father unexpectedly passed in 2022, it felt like my heart left my body. But returning to Stilwell that same year as Magnet Lead felt like higher purpose — a homecoming my soul needed. And now, becoming Assistant Principal at the school where it all began feels like divine alignment.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for every challenge, every opportunity, and every student and educator who helped shape this journey. Let’s continue the work — with excellence, intention, and heart. The BEST is TRULY YET TO COME!!

By the grace of GOD and the positive energy my amazing Father instilled in me I have made it to see my 36th birthday. If you can please share and or give to @ellsworthwhitefoundation to help me continue to push my Dad’s legacy of the importance of education. Last year we awarded 2 young men scholarships and this year we are doing it again. Thank you in advance ❤️❤️😘 #EllsworthWhiteFoundation #BuiltEllsworthTough #DaddysSport #ForeveraDaddysGirl by @mrsleedirects

First ever Britney’s Married Girl Movie Night = SUCCESS! 🎬🍿❤️ Shoutout to my girls who came through, got cozy, laughed, shared, and enjoyed Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married Again? with me! 🥰

Special shoutout to Chef Josie @sensationallysweetcreations for the fabulous desserts, spinach dip AND the surprise shrimp toast because BAYBEEE! 🤌🏾🔥

And then there’s my wife… who was supposed to politely disappear for the evening. 😂 Instead, she CRASHED MY PARTY, invited her own crew downstairs, had CUSTOM CUPS THAT LIT UP 😒😂, and I found out about the whole production THE DAY OF! But she made the drinks, so I guess we’ll keep her. 😂🍹❤️

10/10 night. Definitely doing this again! 🎥🍿💕 #BritneysMarriedGirlMovieNight #MarriedGirlMovieNight #WhyDidIGetMarriedAgain by @mrsleedirects
