THIS IS 40. I always thought 30 was the perfect age. Couldn’t wait for it and had a goal to be in the best shape of my life. Well here we are 10 years later, and I blew my 30 year old self out of the water. If she could look at me now she wouldn’t believe how life has changed! Life really LIFED during my 30s and had its rough patches with loss, grief, health issues etc.., and it had amazing ups with traveling, friends, starting a business and watching my 2 babies become GROWN. Turns out the perfect age is whatever age you decide it is, and this year it’s 40. Shane and the kids took me on an adventure for the weekend and wouldn’t tell me where we were going until we got there, and it was the best birthday weekend I’ve ever had! Will share our adventures soon! CHEERS TO 40, I can’t wait to see what they have in store 🩷 #thisis40 by @mrsm13

Took me a day to accept it(still really haven’t) buuut this girl turned 18 yesterday!! The one who made me a mommy, the one who I grew up with by my side, the one who taught me so much about life and what unconditional love is. I’m so proud of everything you have been, are now, and will be. Please have some grace with me in this next chapter because I know I’m going to have a hard time letting go.( I’m never going to let go, I’m just going to cry and then say let’s have a girls day please- like a lot) Love you so much @stas.melh0rn ! Teaching Dax how to ice skate- stasia showed us all up with her skills. ALMOST made it home with no injuries, but me and Dax were there so something was bound to happen. His finger is bandaged and healing and he still wants to go again sooo it was a win! 😂 by @mrsm13

First day of kindergarten to the last day of senior year and everything in between🖤 This girl amazes me every day with her ambition, independence and hard work. She has worked her ass off to achieve so much, and I could not be more proud of the human she has become. 2 years since Shane’s first show. The goal was to grow and DAMN did he deliver! Proud is an under statement! Love this man sooo much! I couldn’t ask for a more supportive husband, such a great dad to our kids, and wouldn’t want to share this crazy, busy, tiring life we’ve built for ourselves with anyone else. Love you baby!
