Growing in faith & purpose, together 🙌🏼

I used to pray for friendships like this. 🥹🤍

The older I get, the more I realize how important the people around you really are.

I don’t just want friends who tell me what I want to hear. I want the ones who push me to be better. Who remind me to put God FIRST. Who pray for me, challenge me, hold me accountable, and aren’t afraid to tell me when I need to get it together. 😂

Friends who want to grow spiritually, physically, mentally AND financially. 🙌🏽

Because we’re not just here to get through life. We’re here to walk in the purpose God created us for!

And I truly believe who you surround yourself with can either keep you comfortable or help you GROW.

Lord, thank You for the people You’ve placed in my life. And help me be that same kind of friend to others. ❤️

Growing out my gray was NOT for the weak. 😂🩶

The awkward stages. The temptation to color it. The wondering if I was making a mistake.

But I kept going.

And now? I’m SO thankful I did.

I look at this long, healthy, beautiful gray hair and I’m proud of it. Every single silver strand. 🥹

My gray does not define my age.
It doesn’t make me less beautiful.
And I definitely don’t need to hide it.

I’m 43 with long gray hair—and I LOVE it. 🩶

There’s something powerful about getting to a place where you stop worrying about what’s “supposed” to make you look younger and start choosing what makes YOU feel beautiful.

This is me.
Natural. Confident. Silver.
And I wouldn’t change it. ✨

Because if I’m gonna spend this much time scrolling, I might as well make something out of it! 😂💸

Just a girl with a 9–5, big dreams, and faith that God has MORE in store. 🙏🏽

Still learning, still figuring it out, but I’m showing up anyway!

Where are my women trying to turn this little app into an extra stream of income?! 👀

Let’s grow together! 🤍

Adulting is ghetto. 😂

You clean the kitchen, turn around, and somehow there’s already another dish in the sink.

And don’t even get me started on the laundry. 😩🤣

Please tell me I’m not the only one just winging this whole adult thing!

Christmas is less than 2 months away! 🎄🎁

And I don’t know about you, but an extra $1,000 before Christmas sounds pretty good to me! 😂🙌🏽

PERGA has laid out a roadmap to potentially earn just that, and I’m sharing the breakdown!

Want to see what it looks like? 👀

6 years ago 🥹❤️ Our one and only family photo session. Just me, my girls, and my first grandbaby. So much has changed since then, but these memories will forever have my heart. 🤍 Time really is a thief! 🥹 by @mrsmel_brooks

We pray for growth, but sometimes forget that growth requires us to get uncomfortable. 🤍

I’ve been praying for God to open doors, but also realizing I have to be willing to walk through them. Even when I’m scared. Even when I doubt myself. Even when staying comfortable feels so much easier.

Because I don’t want fear, distractions, or my own excuses to keep me from the life God has planned for me.

Lord, stretch me, strengthen me, and help me trust You more than I trust my fears. 🙏🏼

Anybody else in a season of praying for courage instead of comfort? 🤍

If you only knew the things God has carried me through. 🥹

The silent battles. The sleepless nights. The moments I questioned everything. The times I smiled on the outside while fighting things nobody knew about on the inside.

But one thing I know for sure… GOD NEVER LEFT ME. 🙌🏽

He was there in the brokenness. He was there in the waiting. He was there when I didn’t have the words to pray.

And looking back, I can see His hand in places I didn’t even realize He was working.

So when you see me praising Jesus, just know there’s a reason behind it.

My praise is personal because my battles were too. ❤️

ALL GLORY TO GOD! 🙏🏽

He’s a business owner. I’m a dental office girl who’s been showing up to the same job for 22 years.

Two different careers. Two different schedules. But one shared vision. ❤️

We work hard for what we have, and we’re grateful for it. But that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped dreaming about what could be.

When the opportunity to build Perga together came along, we saw something we could work toward as husband and wife.

Not because we have all the answers. Not because success is guaranteed. But because we believe in stepping out in faith, putting in the work, and allowing God to direct our steps.

We’re praying for more time, more freedom, more opportunities to serve others, and a legacy that goes beyond us.

We aren’t asking God to bless our plans. We’re asking Him to guide our steps. 🙏🏽

And getting to build this alongside my husband makes this journey that much sweeter. 🤍

🤠 Y’all… I think I just entered my COWGIRL ERA! 😂🐎

And the funny thing is… my husband bought me this hat for Christmas TWO years ago, and this weekend was my FIRST time wearing it! 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

Truth be told, I never thought I looked good in it!

But this weekend at our Perga Founders Event, I got my very first REAL Gist belt buckle, so you KNOW I had to look the part! 🤠✨

Welllll… now somebody better hide my wallet because I’m already eyeing more hats! 😂 Might even mess around and learn how to ride a horse! 😏🐎

And while we’re at it… any western brands looking for a new model?! Because apparently I’ve been missing my calling! 😜💁🏽‍♀️

What do we think?! Is the cowgirl look here to stay?! 🤠👇🏽

From USHER in Vegas to worshipping JESUS together! 😳🙌🏽😂 IYKYK!

Here we are again with my favorite concert & worship buddy… my aunt! 🥹❤️

Last night was our SECOND Elevation Worship concert together, and I couldn’t help but laugh thinking about how the very first concert we ever went to together was USHER in VEGAS! 😂🙈 Talk about a plot twist!

Since then, we’ve seen Elevation Worship twice, Brandon Lake, SEU Worship, Forrest Frank, Maverick City, and Phil Wickham!

And while we’ve made some pretty amazing memories, there’s just something different about standing next to someone you love, lifting your hands, and worshipping the same God who has been so faithful through every season of life. 🥹🙌🏽

I’m so thankful for my aunt, the memories we’re making, and the way our love for Jesus continues to bring us closer.

We’ve had some fun nights, but these nights of worship? They hit different. ❤️

Here’s to many more concerts, road trips, laughs, and moments in His presence together!

God is so good! 🙌🏽
