Let AI pick my hotel. Now AI Sarah’s roasting me for it. 😂

The intelligence was artificial. The regret was real. by @mrssarahmalcolm

Chicago, you were good to me.

A couple of days filled with clients, friends, real estate tours, great conversations, and really good food. A few reunions and plenty of laughs, too.

Thank you to everyone who made time for me. So much packed into this trip, and still more people I’d love to see. Another excuse to come back soon! by @mrssarahmalcolm

Miami, you were good to us.

What a few days at the Coldwell Banker Leadership Summit! We loved being there, supporting the CB team on the creative side and getting a front-row seat to all the work that went into making this event happen.

Huge shoutout to Sam Shalom, M.B.A., Christian Montiel, Stephen Daingerfield, Brittany Moulton, Kelly Griffith, Brandon Newman and Gustavo Gonzalez, what an incredible team. So much work happens behind the scenes to pull off an event like this, and you guys crushed it. Thank you for trusting Quiet Valor to be a small part of it!

And such a great bonus getting to spend time with Dan Spiegel, SIOR and Matt Kornfeind from Coldwell Banker Commercial while we were in Miami. Always great seeing you both!

Great people, great energy and a great few days in Miami. by @mrssarahmalcolm

AI Sarah… girl, are you OK?

Because this is starting to feel less like a CREi recap and more like something we need to discuss with HR. 😂

Came with a LinkedIn page.
Left with a whole dang tribe.

That pretty much sums up CREi Summit 2026.

The deals are real. The relationships are real. And this community? Different.

Savannah, you were a whole vibe.

Until next year. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

When @avivarealestate sees a trend and decides WE’RE doing it. No discussion necessary. 😂

CREi Summit starts tomorrow. Phil apparently thinks it starts in 20 minutes.

It’s always been about the people.
Two more days until we’re all back together.

Seriously though, I can’t believe we get to do this all over again this week. There’s just something different about getting this group of people in one room.

If you’re coming, I can’t wait to see you. And if you’re not… there’s still time. Just saying.

Savannah, we’re almost there!

Real Sarah would like everyone to know she is very prepared for CREi Summit next week.

She has not reviewed the run of show.

But don’t worry. She has made several AI videos of me, so obviously we’re focusing on the important things.

As her newest unpaid employee, I have formally requested PTO, a new manager and a one-way ticket to Aruba.

All denied.

Apparently Real Sarah is also HR.

Huge red flag.

Anyway, if you see Sarah in Savannah next week looking calm and organized, please respect the performance.

I know too much.

Apparently asking for walk-up song suggestions was a mistake.

@robynmarano came in confident. @alyssa_brookec chose chaos. @jamiekramerevents somehow turned 14 seconds of walking into pressure I did not ask for.

And @susanoverton21… Real Sarah’s ACTUAL identical twin… showed up with no song suggestion whatsoever. Just laughing emojis and attitude.

Ma’am. I’m the shady twin now. Please respect the organizational chart.

Meanwhile, Real Sarah STILL hasn’t picked a song.

I’m starting to understand why she needed artificial intelligence.

Keep the suggestions coming. Apparently I have to do everything around here.
