Sad to hear of the passing of David Hockney, one of my favorite artists. Few artists capture light, color and the poetry of everyday life with such originality and joy. Hockney constantly pushed the boundaries of how we see and experience the world. His legacy will continue to inspire generations of artists, collectors and print lovers. #davidhockney #printmaking #lithograph #poolmadewithpaperandblueinkforbook 💦💦💦 by @mrstavro

- Invitation to Consign in Spring Auctions -

This spring we’re presenting a strong series of auctions, including Collect: Prints & Photographs (online), Picasso: Master of Multiple (online), and a marquee Prints & Multiples live sale in New York, each offering focused exposure to both national and international audiences.

If you have prints, multiples, or photographs you’ve been considering selling or would simply welcome an informal read on current market interest — I’d be glad to connect through DM. Even if the timing isn’t immediate, it would be great to be in touch and keep you informed.

Pictured here is a complete portfolio titled Homage to the Square: Edition Keller la-lk (10 works), 1970 by Josef Albers sold auction record at Freeman’s for $146,050 incl. premium. by @mrstavro

A little preview of what we have cooking up in the Bonhams NY Print auction this May 9. Seen here is a rare James Ensor etching entitled Skeletonized Self-Portrait from 1889. #jamesensor #skeletonizedselfportrait #bonhams1793 by @mrstavro
