Don’t forget the most people will never wanna say a discouraging thing to you, especially if they’re your friends, but sometimes you need that full transparency and be told the hard truth.

You also need a coach that is going to be fully transparent and open and honest with you and not just a cheerleader so who’s going to tell you what you need to work on what you need to fix and exactly how to execute and do it.

And we can’t forget let that mirror truly show you the progress or lack of

When being a coach, make sure that not only are you making sure that you have the knowledge and experience to guide the individuals but remember the people that you’re putting on stage or your résumé so no matter what even if they’re looking just for the experience you’re being looked at if you’re preaching your level of knowledge but if it’s not translating over to the way, the physiques look then there’s a major deficit.
The standard is being set when the physiques are all looking similar and the quality is top-notch. I’ve had a tremendous year with multiple class wins overall wins pro card wins top five placing in pro qualifiers, and is that consistency that shows and shines through.

Stage shots from pre-judging. Missed first callouts but the goal all along was to see if I could hold my own on a national stage and I’d say we definitely belong! We’ll be back to the drawing board tomorrow but I’m really content with how @mrstretcharmstrong and I approached the season and the look we achieved. Super proud to have put in the work to get to this level, now to work on that top spot!!! by @mrstretcharmstrong

The athletes a coach brings to the stage set the standard for that coach’s performance, knowledge, and experience. Anyone can call themselves a coach, but not everyone is created equal. The real proof is in the results—the conditioning, presentation, confidence, and consistency each client displays when it is time to perform.

A contest prep requires far more than handing someone a meal plan and training program. It takes experience, precise adjustments, honest communication, and the ability to make the right decisions under pressure. A coach’s value becomes clear when the plan gets difficult and every detail begins to matter.

Watching an athlete step onstage is watching months of hard work, sacrifice, and discipline come together in a single moment. Every early morning, every measured meal, every demanding workout, and every decision to stay committed is reflected beneath those lights. The stage does not hide the work—it reveals it.

The coach provides the strategy, but the athlete must execute it. When knowledge, trust, discipline, and relentless effort come together, the physique tells the entire story. Standards are not created by what you say you can do—they are established by what you consistently produce.

Now that the show is over and the dust has settled I just have to congratulate everyone if these individuals. Not only that every single person at the walk away with a trophy, but they all show got to display their hard work and dedication with a certain level of standard that was set while going on stage this past weekend.

not only was the show extremely competitive with a great turnout, but also ran extremely well. For some of these individuals, it was the first time stepping on stage with me with others we have been here before.
Nonetheless, everybody came and represented themselves in the team, which I can’t thank them enough for.

Thank you to @nikki.politi and @garyudit for another great show as well .

The reward of watching everyone compete is what brings me joy and I couldn’t be prouder of all of these amazing people.

The physiques tell the story.

My coaching isn’t built around random workouts, starvation diets, or handing you a cookie-cutter plan and hoping it works. It’s about understanding your body, your lifestyle, your goals, and exactly what needs to change to keep you progressing. Every transformation you see represents adjustments, accountability, strategy, and someone deciding they were done settling for where they were.

I’ve built my coaching around one thing: RESULTS. Better physiques. Better habits. More confidence. More discipline. And for many of my clients, an entirely different outlook on what they’re capable of achieving. The before-and-after pictures get attention—but what happens between those pictures is where lives actually change.

If you’ve been spinning your wheels, starting over every few months, or wondering why the work you’re putting in isn’t producing the body you want, stop guessing. Get a plan. Get accountability. Get someone in your corner who knows when to push, when to adjust, and how to navigate the entire process.

Your transformation could be the next one telling the story. DM me “READY” and let’s get to work.
