🦖Commence Lost Lands 26’ Photo Dump🦕

Still can’t believe a week ago i was getting home from one of the BEST performances I’ve given. The entire weekend was a blur of whimsical chaos, lifetime memories, a ton of mud and a ton of BASS. Major shoutout again to @brkfstklub and @mybestfriendsparty for putting me on.

I will in fact be a Lost Lands attendee for LIFE! See y’all at the 10 Year Anniversary 🦖🦕🦖 by @mrstrongg

‼️Sappy Post Warning‼️ also TW for weight loss

This month (March 2025) marks the 2 year anniversary of me changing my life 🥹

Two years ago, I was struggling mentally and could barely fit into my regular clothes. I decided to make a change and give working out another try.

I’ve attempted it multiple times prior, but it never stuck. This time around, I approached things with a different mentality from the start. **Thank you Therapy 🙏🏾**

After I made bunch of phone notes, excel spreadsheets and got some books, I took action and made goals for myself.

These pic stitches are only 9.5 months apart 😅 I started off around 205lbs and 26% body fat and ended at 175lbs and 11% body fat 💪🏾

Two years later and I’m still killing it, maintaining my physical strength, but now succeeding in other areas of life 😎 It all started from this tho, and I’m forever grateful for not giving up 🥹🙌🏾

Don’t give up on your hopes and dreams 🫶🏾
