In Bodybuilding, You Meet Some Really Dope People… But These Two Just Happen To Be Really Dope Friends. 💚

I’ve Seen Them Cry For Each Other, Scream For Each Other, Stress For Each Other, Vouch For Each Other When One Is Having A Hard Time, And Even Reach Out To Me When They Know I Need To Check On The Other Because She’s Struggling.

The Thought They Put Behind The Things They Say To Each Other, The Effort They Give To One Another, And The Way They Continue To Show Up For Each Other Is Absolutely Unreal.

I’ve Been Grateful To Witness Their Friendship Grow, While Also Having The Opportunity To Coach These Two Wonderful Ladies Through Their Fitness Journeys Over The Past Few Years.

It’s Been Nothing Short Of Amazing.

I made it to the World Championships of Bodybuilding. 🏆

Did I place exactly where I wanted to? No. And if I’m being honest, that was mildly disappointing.

You put in the work, make the sacrifices, push through the hard days, and hope the outcome reflects everything you poured into the journey.

But standing on that stage at the World Cup of bodybuilding championships surrounded by people I love, I realized something bigger than a placing:

I made it.

I made it to a stage I once dreamed about. I stood among some of the best athletes in the world. I experienced something few people ever will—and I got to do it with an incredible support system by my side.

People who believed in me, encouraged me, prayed for me, cheered for me, and loved me through every high and low.

That kind of support is something a trophy can’t measure.

I’ll take the lessons, keep working, keep growing, and keep chasing the goals ahead of me.

But today, I’m choosing to be proud.

Proud of the journey.
Proud of the work.
Proud that I showed up.
Proud that I made it to the World Championships. THE YORTON CUP!!!!! 🏆

Most of all, I’m grateful for the people who stood beside me and reminded me that this journey has never been about a placing alone.

The stage was incredible. The experience was unforgettable. But the love surrounding me made it priceless. ❤️
