OUT NOW!!! “Take a Chenz on Me,” our sophomoric effort is finally here and my heart is bursting with chemicals I probably shouldn’t have ingested. 10 bangers recorded & mixed by the great @danjoeright @gatostrailstudio out in Joshua Tree.

Very proud of the performances by @gonzomusiclab on bass 🎸 @mrtimashby on lead 🎸 @barajasterryl on 🥁 and 🎤 and Katie Nicholson on 🎹 and 🎤, especially since we pretty much only ran through these songs once the night before we went into the studio and banged em out. Very appreciative of the patience, hard work and talents of Dan Joeright as well!! Twas smooth sailing all the way.

In addition to the core Chenzos, this album features guest performances by our pals @christopherxue on 🎻 and @badiddley on 🎺

Wednesday night I’ll be playing a short set of original songs during @openmic_revival at @thecinemabar_ This means a lot to me. The past year has seen me get back on the musical wagon and it’s all because of the wonderful folks who show up to The Cjnema Bar week after week on Wednesday nights. by @mrtimashby
