GENERALS GAM-BET

A place where faith is lived, character is built, and community carries one another forward.

PERSISTENCE.

It’s not if trials come, but when.

James 1:2 reminds us to choose joy, trust God, and grow through what we go through.

Get ready — God has a plan and purpose for your life.

We don’t train alone. We move together.

One of the most important parts of CDP isn’t just the training & it’s hearing the Word of God.
We’re grateful to our brother @mrdavis_matisse for sharing a word of encouragement with fams. This has become a core part of who we are: making time to hear God’s Word and inviting brothers and sisters to share a devotion that strengthens those who love the Lord or are walking through difficult seasons.
As we train our bodies, we also want to train and strengthen our spirit. Physical discipline has its place, but spiritual growth is what truly transforms us.

“Fear has killed more dreams than failure ever will.”

Most people aren’t defeated because they failed.
They’re defeated because they never started.
Never spoke up.
Never stepped out.
Never believed they were capable.

Courage changes everything.
One decision. One step. One rep at a time.

FITNESS IS LIFE‼️

There is always someone stronger than you,
Fitter than you,
Better looking than you 😂

You can either be intimidated, jealous or be inspired and motivated to do better.

I came away from this weekend being inspired and more motivated not just to lose weight but get my health on track.

Lock in and stop messing around.

Stick to the plan, stay in your lane and get the work done. Focus on getting 1% better every single day…

What a weekend to be under the same roof as these brothers and smash the weights.

Go get it baby! #frontrunner #sydney #gymlife #gym
