Grateful is an understatement.Serving as Producer and Awards Chairman for the Black Bride Awards was bigger than a title — it was a responsibility to honor the creatives, the visionaries, and the community that makes this industry what it is.Thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring this night to life. We serve an absolutely BIG God! Last September, during a period of prayer and fasting, I wrote in my journal asking God for houses and real estate opportunities to invest in with my parents. Just a month later, we found the house! While many people saw it as burned, torn, and broken, God gave us a vision. I sketched it out and it soon will come to pass! As the Bible tells us in Isaiah, He will give us beauty for ashes. We all experience seasons of being bruised and broken, but when we trust God and the process, everything works out for our good. We should count it all joy!I am incredibly honored to build generational wealth for my family. I am profoundly thankful for my parents; I couldn’t have done this without them #principalofpartnership Many people don’t know that I have a bachelor’s in Architecture from the illustrious @tuskegeeuniversity and it was amazing to bring the design skills I gained in school and in my career to a personal project. More to this story, but we’re just getting started!
